Dr. Shatley is phenomenal, the staff are always professional and helpful, Leah is their PA and she is also exceptional. Customer service is excellent, quick appointments, and their pricing is fair. My family and myself have been patients of this practice receiving several different types of care and we have always been pleased.

Loved the minimal wait time at this place. Most other places I contacted had like over a month’s wait AT LEAST! I made an appointment within the week here which was awesome. I was recommended Dr. Asher and she was great. She gave me samples and prescribed some things that are already helping. The only turn off for some is that they don’t take insurance. So you run around $90 a pop. If you’re in a position to afford it, I say it’s worth it for quality and quick service. I was able to just take my prescriptions in to my pharmacy and they filed them with my insurance for me. One of the coupons made a prescription free!

I waited 20 minutes in an ugly room with problems on walls and electric outlets. Then the Certified Phys Asst came in a hurry, saw the skin problems and barely responded the patient questions. Did not ask the patient to sit. She stayed with us for no more than 3 minutes and left the room. The rest of staff were not so different except the receptionist, the only not rude staff member. I will try not to come back again. Worst paid service ever. Not recommended.

My family and I broke out with a weird ringworm incident and Dr. Shatley and the staff could not have been more of a saving grace for us. The amount of love and comfort we felt from them is indescribable. The knowledge expedited our complete healing from this unfortunate experience. I have and will always recommend them to everyone I meet whether they're looking for a dermatologist or not; I still tell everyone of the love and compassion we received from this exceptional staff and clinic. Since they expanded they have gone downhill. "Too big for their britches" They won't return phone calls, and then lie and say that they did. I went a few years ago to have a suspicious mole removed and they only removed half of it??? My son had a rash and they misdiagnosed it for 2 YEARS and he had it that long before they did a biopsy. Then they gave him the wrong treatment. When I asked for the right treatment, they again refused to return my phone calls and refused to call it in to the pharmacy. When I finally moved my services to a different clinic and got the CORRECT treatment for my son, his rash cleared up finally (after 2 years of botched handling by cut-rate doctors), and then they actually committed insurance fraud by trying to file a claim at twice the rate they charged me on my OLD insurance policy! I know this because I got an EOB in the mail letting me know that the claim was denied! I will never go back to these incompetent people!
