Yes, the wait times at this clinic are super long. But Dr. Offiah is the best dermatologist I've ever been to, so it's worth it! As a 33-year old, I had been suffering from severe acne since puberty. I had been through so many treatments, including creams, face washes, antibiotics that made me throw up, etc. I'd even previously been put on Accutane TWICE, just for the acne to come back. And an NP once boldly told me she got rid of her own acne by patting her face down with her URINE & told me I should try that! I had almost given up on getting help. Dr. Offiah took one look at me and said I had TEXTBOOK hormonal acne and worked me up to a dose of hormones that cleared up my face completely after just about 2-3 months. I hadn't had a clear face for over 20 years!!! I am so grateful to her for her expertise and care. She is so caring, and built a nice rapport with me. She doesn't try to push unnecessary or expensive regimens. I'll run questions by her sometimes, and she always weighs in with a thoughtful and informed response. After everything, I really trust her.

Horribly long wait time. Dr. didn't see me until over an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled.

Wait time is horrible . I have been here a hour & 30 & still hasn’t been seen. Definitely an overbooked office.

Dr. Offiah what's absolutely amazing! I love how she was not quick to just put me on medication for my psoriasis. Although the staff and nurses were very nice, the wait time is absolutely unacceptable. The first time I went I waited two and a half hours before I finally was able to be seen. Sense of urgency is not a huge priority here apparently.

One, they make you wait five ever. Two the only reason they took my mom back as early as they did was, because she went up to the front, and said she was going to leave. Three once you’re back there, you wait another century while the doctor is in Narnia doing God knows what. You’re hands down not going to go in the time you scheduled, because they are overbooked. So if you’re running late don’t worry.
