Love this place!! They will definitely have you looking your best! All employees in the dermatology side and the spa side are all awesome. They will make you feel like family. They have been honest about all my concerns and procedures that I have had questions about 😊. Just had the diamond glow facial and will definitely schedule another in a few weeks. Try them….You will absolutely love them ❤️.

I had a very awkward experience with Lyndsay, it felt like I was at a middle school dance. I had to prompt her to look at my entire body for skin cancer check. Never asked me disrobe despite having two assistants in the room with her. Held my shirt up over my head so she could examine my torso at my request, she wasn't going to do it unless I asked. Never looked at my legs. Bottom line, it was unprofessional. Worth the trip to Memphis to find a dermatologist not embarrassed to examine a male. Would like to put zero stars, but Google won't allow me that option. I feel like she is more interested in hawking cosmetic skin care than taking care of patients concerned with preventative cancer issues.

I have been to the Renew Medspa several times with EmmaRae the Esthetician that I see and I have to say she is the most sweetest and does an awesome job at the service she provides. I will definitely keep going back to her.

The BEST experience every time without fail. Staff is kind, personable and very knowledgeable. Beautiful facility - very calming and relaxing environment. Treatments are absolutely top notch! The facial is heavenly. I recommend everyone I know to try DAO!
