2025 FEB 19 10:50 Hours My perception of the receptionist at the front desk is that she was brash and derogatory, in her tone of voice. Myself, I called her out on my perception, and she replied, she wasn't trying to be rude. Other than that, at this facility, the initial paperwork process is going to take some time to complete. Bring a list of all medications and primary care and physicians' names, numbers, etc. In other words, come prepared, so the staff here can assist you in the best possible way they can.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting you guys, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Chelsea was able to get me on the schedule fast and was super nice! My provider, Brittany, did an amazing job on my procedure. Five out of five stars!!!

It would’ve been a 5 if it wasn’t for their billing department. My infant had an appt for a small procedure and the day of the procedure we checked in and were told we had to pay $500 up front before they would perform the procedure and stated they called and left me a voicemail to contact them in regards to payment. Nobody called me or left me any messages. I even offered to show them my phone records for the day they claimed they called me. We paid the $500 but I was so annoyed with how the front desk staff handled the situation along with their so called billing. However, Dr. Limbert was AMAZING with our infant and the procedure went so smooth and everything healed well. I loved his bedside manner and just the way he handled the situation with confidence and ease. It made me feel comfortable with our decision.

The absolute worst visit I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I saw Jessica Miller for a previously diagnosed condition. She insisted it could not present in such a way, despite the proof in front of her. She forced me into an invasive, costly cancer screening before allowing me to have the cheap, non-invasive test that would confirm the prior diagnoses already confirmed by a doctor. Turns out, only to her surprise, I have the same condition I’ve had for a decade, only I’m out $650 for the testing and another $130 for 12 minutes with her. I really hope my awful experience can help others avoid the same.

Each experience with them has been terrible and a complete waste of time. Between the runaround’s with insurance and joke billing, rush being seen with zero resolution, the absolute terrible front desk staff they employ, the predatory and sneaky letters by mail (sneaky as in, letters arrive by mail exactly 7 days after dated and lists threats to send to collections if not received by the 7th day (DAY IT ARRIVED), the automatic outrageous over $100 office visit bill (regardless of insurance), we will never be back. Will gladly drive back to St.Louis for quality care and excellent dermatologist, caring staff.
