Dr. Richard W. Maack, MD, FACS: Synergi Facial Surgery

Dr. Maack and his team have far exceeded my expectations in every way. I have struggled with lifelong sinus and breathing issues and have wanted to change the appearance of my nose for many years. Given my breathing issues and having been born with a cleft lip, it was important to me that I found someone who I felt confident could handle the added complexities of my case. After a lot of research, I decided to schedule a consult for a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Maack and could not be happier that I did. He’s detail oriented, never rushed an appointment, and has an incredible bedside manner (he even calls you personally to check in on the evening of surgery). His team is incredibly kind, communicative, and eager to answer any questions or address any concerns throughout the process. I am nearly 3 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results - not only did Dr. Maack achieve the results I was looking for esthetically, but I can also breathe SO much better. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Dr. Maack performed septoplasty on me and my daughter and did a wonderful job on both of us. His office staff as well as Dr. Maack clearly care a lot about their patients well being from beginning to end and I would absolutely recommend him.

I’ve been ready to do something with my face for years but so afraid of the whole process —then I met Dr. Richard Maack. He is so calm, so kind but most importantly, so very knowledgeable. I researched his background (as anyone should) but was still so scared and unsure until I went for my consultation. I was immediately put at ease. I did not feel pressured in any way but felt supported I’d make the right decision for me. I’m 13 days post procedure and I’m already thrilled!!

Dr. Maack and his team are excellent. Megan, his NP is truly great for follow up as well. My entire family uses this practice.
