I had an amazing experience at Shock Spa! Ashley did a fantastic job with my facial, customizing the treatment to address my unique skincare needs. The spa amenities were also exceptional, providing everything I needed after relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Highly recommend!

Updated Google review: I recently returned to Shock to receive a facial and the experience was delightful. Grace is lovely and professional, and provided an well-balanced facial that left my skin soft and rejuvinated. My original visit received a 3-star rating, and the second visit is a solid 5-star rating, which now averages out to a nice 4-star rating. I'll definitely be back for another facial with Grace! Previous Google review: I visited Shock spa this past week and left disappointed. I feel shorted because when I purchased and "add-on" service on top of a full massage, I expected a full (60 minute) massage and then the time of an add-on, which was a foot/hand scrub. Instead, I received a 55 total minute service. This almost-one-hour service included BOTH services. Maybe I should have asked for just the massage and then ask to add on a service so that I get both and not get shorted the massage?? The dry sauna and steam saunas were a very pleasant surprise that I enjoyed. The facility was super clean and aesthetically beautiful.

The atmosphere and amenities here are amazing. Olivia is an incredible massage therapist, asking specific questions to target my needs each time I visit. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is extremely professional in a completely luxurious setting. It’s perfect!

Shock was a most pleasing surprise. From the first steps into the spa and he surroundings are calming and beautiful. Alley greeted me like I was a guest in her home. She gave me a complete tour and made me comfortable in the oh so special waiting area. My treatment was with Grace who made me feel right at home in the lovely treatment room. Her explanations were clear and professional, the treatment was as good as any I have ever had. She was very competent in her skill and attention to detail. Her explanations were thorough and easy to follow. She helped me make a plan for my next visit And carefully explained post visit care to follow the treatm my. She was very personable and a true delight to meet. This was a wonderful experience!
