Her name is Chasity . I had an Ultherapy session with her on January 15th , 2025 . I cannot repost my results today , due to healing . However I can post about my experience to help others on the Road To Self Care , Recovery and Self - Love . I went in early today , at 8 : 34 AM . I wanted to be early to get a good head start on any paperwork or preparation needed beforehand . Yes , be present and early , but don’t be too early or you will frazzle them . I offered to stand outside until they were ready for their clientele , then I realized that it was ( indeed ) extremely cold when I headed towards the door . I told them this , and they were welcoming enough to let me sit in their waiting area . ( Pictures Supplied . ) As I was waiting , Chasity came up to me and offered a hot beverage from their refreshments station . Which was kind of her . I ended up having Lipton Tea , since it was the least caffeinated option available . The receptionist , asked for my ID for filling . After the Identification process , I was then escorted to the room in the back with Chasity . She gave me some insight to the treatment and how it would be during the procedure . The pre - treatment consisted of Facial Cleansing with Toner , and then followed up with facial gel for the lasering . During the procedure , Chasity went in sections . Took her time as much as possible , and gave me some downtime inbetween working to take a breather . The lasering itself isn’t bad , although can be uncomfortable in some parts . Think of small needles poking into and onto your skin , at various times . You will feel tightness and some discomfort . I have been gentle with touching my face to prevent irritation . At the end of the session an Aloe Vera gel was placed on my face to help with healing . Chasity sent me on my way with a sheet of instructions for facial care and recovery . I’m excited for my next appointment . ——— On Tuesday the 28th of January , 2025 . This was my second appointment with Chasity regarding Ultherapy . I see results regarding lines under eyes , those are softer .

I would recommend this clinic to anyone! My service provider, Presley, was so kind and knowledgeable of the treatment and made me feel super comfortable. This was my first time ever getting treatment so I was nervous, and her humor and kindness made those jitters go away quickly. She has a super steady hand with a light touch. 10/10!

Really like this place the staff is very friendly. They talk you through all procedures. Make sure you’re comfortable. They provide you excellent information for your procedure as well as after care. Chasity was the person who performed my procedure. I really appreciate her friendly personality and the fact she talked me through the procedure. I will definitely request her again.

Excellent service. It was my first time and my nurse Allie made me feel very comfortable. She was knowledgeable and explained everything with a lovely bedside manner. I will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for different areas over the last 4 years and I absolutely love how clean the location is and how friendly everyone is. My current provider, Presley, is fantastic! She is warm and friendly and puts you at ease quickly. I’m so glad I made the choice to start laser hair removal and that I choose Ideal Image. I only wish I did it sooner!
