Amazing service and vibe. Got a massage for the first time and they talked my anxious self through everything and made sure I knew what was going on. Chelsey was so sweet and made me very comfortable. They keep you covered where they aren’t massaging and apply perfect pressure. Would definitely recommend and already have another appointment booked. 🫶🏻🙏🏼

I look forward to going to Oasis Salon and Day Spa! Oasis is upscale, clean and everyone is so friendly. I love my hairstylist, Karen. She is the most knowledgeable and skilled stylist I’ve experienced. My hair looks the best and is the healthiest it’s ever been thanks to Karen. She is fun, funny, and completely present. Karen is good hearted and kind. She’s sweeter than powdered sugar.

Everyone is great. Your greeted with a smile from everyone that works there. The changing room is always clean, the massage waiting area is relaxing. I'm always relaxed after leaving, Chelsey is who I go to for my massage. She's always smiling and makes you feel at ease.

Terrible terrible experience. Had my hair extensions put in and i was never asked to come in and do a consultation. I explained everything about my extensions, and what i needed done over the phone, and they made my appointment. They did not communicate any real concern with my extensions, until we realized they had expired tapes on them. I paid for new tapes, and all I knew is that she put new tape over old tape, and placed them in some weird spots. She did not put new tape on all of them. She was talking to other stylists about how much of a train wreck this was and had a bad attitude the rest of the appointment and jerked my hair quite a bit. When I home I was in so much pain. The first shower, 4 came out, 2 I had to take out because they were pulling my hair so hard it was ripping it out and causing sores. I called the next day to ask for help and they said to write an email, so I did, explaining what was happening. They said they could put them back in, and after the manager read my email she would contact me. I had to call 4 times before she got back to me with an email that said, all we can do for you is take them out. I called again and left another message, she finally called back and tried to blame everything on me, from not having a consultation, to the tapes being bad, to the lack of communication my stylist had with me, and they said they will not refund, and there's nothing else they can do for me. They even tried to say my extensions were used. They have never been used before. No empathy for how i was treated, or in pain, or the fact that I don't get this luxury often, and I was looking forward to this for a year. She said, sorry I made you feel this way, and I told her that that was not an apology. I'm so upset. They treated me so horrible, and did absolutely nothing to help with this situation, except insult me.

I love this place!The staff was super welcoming and awesome. I got my nails done by Kayla (full mani pedi)and she was so sweet and made my nails look amazing!!! Then i got my hair done by Alyssa, although she was fairly anxious (because i was so indecisive,no fault of her own i promise), she did an amazing job!!! I've never gotten my hair professionally done before and i asked her for a split dye. My hair turned out amazing and I'm happy to say that i will return again when i need to look fresh for vacation!!!💚 P.S if you don't like the hair color don't blame the stylist. I chose this hair and I'm so in love with it!! I'm 27 and I've been dying my hair since i was 18, this is by far my favorite look that my hair has gone through!!
