The person to take me to Dr Ravi’s office was right on time. She was both courteous and efficient in taking my information. Dr Ravi’s was with me in less than a 5 minute wait time. He was efficient and courteous also. The check out and schedule of the next appointment was helpful and she was courteous also. Maybe a half-hour for the total process. I was pleased with all aspects of my appointment.!

Dr Wu and the entire staff I came in contact with we're very professional and knowledgeable. Everything from check in to check out. All my questions were answered and I feel my yearly skin checkup was thorough. I'm always very comfortable with asking any questions.

Mary is absolutely the best! She is so smart with all aspects of care including medications and long term use and planning a different approach for your health. I always look forward to seeing Mary every year. She is a true asset to KC SKIN! thank you Mary for such wonderful care!

Anytime you find out you aren’t dying of a skin-related disease there is a good chance you’ll love your dermatological professionals. The pluses: The Clinic itself is an easily accessible building w/ only two directions you can go once you get inside, to minimize any preconceived confusion. The minuses: I wish I could have worried less about making the initial appointment. Because that itself ended up being a lot of wasted energy. (That and googling photos of skin cancer) These people were great. I’ve never been real good at my personal preventative maintenance but this place is a perfect place to start. We are all happy campers.

I really wanted to make an appointment here and was interested in a number of services, but had such a difficult time making the appointment on the phone that I didn't even up doing it. The person on the phone seemed not to know how to schedule and when I asked for an overall consult of services I was told that it would be multiple different appointments and I would have to call and talk to another scheduler for those. Really disappointing first interaction and made me not want to go at all.
