Facial Spectrum

We went in for a consult for my daughter’s wisdom removal. My daughter has some other health issues that could make the surgery a little rough for her. Our minds were instantly put at ease with his knowledge of her diagnosis and ability to do the surgery at the hospital where the hematologist is at. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly to her and myself. If I could give him 100 stars I would!! All of the staff we interacted with from the time of check in to when we left were so kind and helpful. The whole experience was great and a wonderful example for providing great patient care!!! Thank you!!!!

Everyone I encountered at this office was so kind and helpful. From scheduling, to reception (both when I called and while I wad in-office), clinical staff, and providers, everyone made this experience super easy and pleasant. The only complaint I might have would be a long wait time in the waiting area. It took a while to get back to an exam room, but once I was in there I didn’t wait long for the provider to see me.

From my first call, the office staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I received the same welcoming attitude when I walked into the office. Dental staff were kind, thorough, and comforting. Dr. Margolis was courteous and respectful, and actually listened to me and spent all the time we needed to discuss the intricacies of my complex health condition and have a two way conversation of the various options that would be best for my specific situation. I assure you, this is very rare to find these days. He was so attentive that he noticed the few stitches I had in my hand from a recent biopsy. I thought it irrelevant, so I had not mentioned it. But thank goodness he brought it up, as it does indeed relate to my oral condition. I could not be happier with my choice of Facial Spectrum Inc and Dr. Margolis.

From the beginning to the end, my experience was fantastic. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, sweet and comforting. This would have been a much more stressful procedure if not for the grace of the staff and I cannot thank them enough. I will absolutely be back to complete the rest of my wisdom teeth extractions asap!! I was able to laugh through most of the appointment and feel comforted. They were all so patient and understanding as well. Thanks again to everyone I met who’s name I can’t remember and to Dr. Margolis😁

I was directed to "Facial Spectrum" for an impacted Wisdom Tooth. I was told by two other Dentists, that in my case, the extraction of the tooth could cause a beak in my jawbone. For that reason, the procedure required a specialized Surgeon and be done in a hospital. I’m so glad I selected Facial Spectrum and Dr Steven J. Prstojevich. I can say with certainty, he and his staff are the BEST. The most professional and skilled doctor I have ever met. And a special thanks to all of his office staff and his right-hand assistant, Niki who was so helpful with support and expediting my surgery with the hospital. I highly recommend this office.
