Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Marionville

This is the worst office I’ve ever been to. I took my son to the clinic here and had to fight with them over even seeing him and then a month later I had to come for an appointment that was supposed to be scheduled for a different office and they put me here and I show up 1 minute late (I was only late from having to leave the office I was originally supposed to be at) and they wouldn’t see me. Over 1 minute. The staff is RUDE and Joy Bell the nurse practitioner is hard on kid injuries and bedside manner needs serious work.

This clinic is full of wonderful and caring staff. They take pride in their office and it shows in their compassionate care. You will be in good hands at this office. They are also very understanding and work with you.

Absolutely love Joy and the staff here. They always make me feel like I am heard and I appreciate their willingness to explain things. Besides they have always been positive, helpful, and fast.
