Got scammed out of almost $600 for a “ cancelation fee mind you she didn’t discuss charging me anything to reschedule my appointment and I found out checking my banking later she charged my card three weeks from the visit $550+$20 fee unauthorized & after saying she didn’t save my banking info she then showed a screenshot of my info saved saying she would delete it and if it was a cancellation fee she would’ve said that right away not acting clueless like she didn’t run my card on a separate occasion from the day I was In person & even tho she has promised to try to get it back for me to avoid bad rep I am still possibly only maybe getting half of it back because she wants to claim it’s for canceling Nowhere did she demand a fee from me in our texts or saying anything about it she Sean my card without consent trying to cover up like she didn’t know why it charged almost $600 for it anyway nobody should be made to feel bad about asking for money back they didn’t pay for a service and the service I had prior I lost all results within 4 months of my chin Botox and jaw filler I also got nicked more than once in my jaw veins from her working on me and 2 years ago had a bright red rash from the cream she put to numb my cheeks I have always respected and trusted this person thru bad experiences up until I got robbed off $569 for a fee she didn’t even pretend to remember charging my card for before claiming it was a cancelation I have always been nice and I’m speaking out to help prevent this happening from anyone else PLS CHECk YOUR BANK STATEMENTS they had no permission to store it or run my card when I’m not there and if someone charges a fee for anything they tell u first! She is also claiming she can keep $109 of it atleast now for a cancellation fee even after she never said she would be charging me one in our direct messages she was mad at me and defensive for bringing it to her attention when I noticed missing money ‘

Heather is amazing! She listens to what my desired results are and is knowledgeable about what treatments are best for my needs. The office is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I literally feel like I’m visiting all my friends when at my appointments! They make you feel so welcome. The services offered are competitively priced and are cutting edge! It’s important for me when I visit a spa that the staff is focused on continuing education as the industry advances. This spa is always adding new services as the staff completes new trainings.
