Received a gift card for a massage, I usually go monthly but since COVID I stopped going, so I was giving the gift card to get back to going for massages. The massage was done by Sarah and it was great, I saw they had a monthly membership for $89 so I considered this, but was not explained or given the option for this. I was told that my gift card was expired, that it was over a year old, FYI in the state of Missouri gift cards don't expire for 5 years. The girl at the desk wouldn't let me leave, I explained that when I made my appointment they asked for the card number, I would have figured at that time they would have told me it expired. I came there with just the card I had no money on me, since it was a gift card. I had to call my spouse to come give me money so the girl would let me leave. The manager was no help, so now they have $200 for my $100 massage. Worst company to ever do business with! There is nothing on the card or the website about gift cards expiring in a year. I read other reviews that this happened with their gift cards. Seems like a scam this company runs.

Amazing experience here! I got a signature facial with Emily and it was incredible. So relaxing and a great first time at this spa! Will be going back!

I just had a Platinum HydraFacial today - this was my first time visiting this spa. I had a wonderful experience. The staff is super nice and helpful. Tracy performed my facial. She was so thoughtful on how she fully explained the entire process and what to do and not do afterwards. My face feels like porcelain after this procedure. I would definitely come back here again.

Staff is always super sweet and professional! I have had many services at this location including hair cuts and colors, nails, facials and massages. I love that I can get everything done in one place and it all is done very well. No matter who I work with I am always happy! My whole family goes here as well!

My experience here has not been great. I've had 4 microneedling sessions done and have not noticed a difference whatsoever. I mentioned my concern to my last technician who did my treatment and I swear she purposely did a bad job because she was done in 1/4th of the time and my skin looks exactly the same as when I went in...it should look like I have a sunburn. I would never waste my money here again. Also, the way they ask for gratuity is extremely unprofessional. I provide services as well and never ask if they want to tip and neither has my massage therapist, hair stylist, or anyone else who has provided a service. (For your response to my review)- I haven't received a response from you yet..just on here. It's the truth. I'm not sure what can be done regarding my experience but I'll consider editing or removing my review if you attempt to make things right.
