I can’t say enough good things about Lynn — she is definitely one of my favorite providers of all time! I always look forward to my appointments with her. I love how she is so sweet and positive all the time. Plus I always feel heard when I meet with her and it seems like she genuinely cares about your well-being. Furthermore, I can tell she’s very knowledgeable, and she does such an amazing job of taking the time to address all my concerns. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but overall she is a fantastic provider and I really enjoy being one of her patients!

I have seen Carolyn Mense three times over the last year. Each time I walk away feeling impressed, heard and clear about a treatment plan. She is the best specialist I have seen. I am unimaginably comfortable in my skin. Thank you!

Absolutely would not recommend this office. 1st only way I could get an appointment was by email, to which it got changed 3 times due to the slot being filled before being emailed back. I tried calling twice & no one would answer to create the appointment. Next, 25+ minute wait time in a waiting room completely filled, no seating available. Then, a SUPER SUPER rushed appointment. Douglas was in such a rush to get to the next patient due to her “being behind”, it was practically pulling teeth for her to look at other areas on the skin. Such a waste of time & money overall.

Lynn is amazing! Great bedside manner, she listens, she cares and she gives her time. Her nurse is also great! They give no judgement and are so friendly. I love going here for my dermatology needs!

I've been a patient at Epiphany Dermatology for over 10 years, but my recent experience was very unprofessional. On January 3rd, I had a Fraxel laser treatment, and right after, while my face was extremely sensitive, the doctor tried to upsell me a PRP treatment. I reluctantly agreed. He then claimed to have missed a spot and lasered my nose, which caused severe pain, blistering, and a scar. The PRP blood draw was a disaster; a team, including a medical student, struggled for 15 minutes, which was very uncomfortable. I finally asked them to stop, as it was not working, and they quickly applied sunscreen and sent me on my way. While checking out, the doctor flagged me down to say the medical student had pricked his finger on my needle, and I needed to give more blood for safety. I was shocked that he didn't address the whole PRP experience and now this!? I called the office manager that day to report the issues. After several calls, she agreed to reverse the charges for a few products and set up a meeting with the doctor to discuss what happened. However, from January 8th to 23rd, I received little to no response. I even contacted the regional office, but got no support. At my follow-up visit, the staff acted like they had no idea what had happened. The office manager claimed she didn't know I was waiting for her call. She offered to get the doctor out of surgery, but I didn't want to wait hours. If the doctor was truly concerned, he would have addressed it earlier. Given the poor communication, unprofessional upsell, burn on my face, and overall poor experience, I strongly advise anyone considering Epiphany Dermatology to look elsewhere. I've decided to leave and hope this review serves as a warning. Update: The response from Epiphany below is automated. I have already called their Regional office and was given now support.
