I didn’t receive treatment here but had an appointment scheduled and showed up promptly at 12. I walked in and was greeted coldly by the receptionist, who seemed like she couldn’t care less about me. She handed me paperwork to fill out, which I completed and returned to the desk. She didn’t say a word when I handed it to her, so I sat back down, figuring I would be called back when Nurse Judy was ready. While I waited, Nurse Judy sat next to the receptionist at the front desk, and the two of them ate lunch and gossiped about a guy for 20 minutes, while I sat there waiting. Once they were finished, I was called back around 12:20—20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I sat down, explained what I wanted to have done, and mentioned that I had a baby 6 months ago. Nurse Judy asked if I was breastfeeding, and I confirmed that I was, which I had already noted on my pre-appointment paperwork. My OB had cleared me for Botox, so I didn’t think twice about making the appointment. Nurse Judy then informed me that, despite my OB’s approval, she couldn’t perform the procedure because I was breastfeeding. I completely understood and respect her policy, so that’s not the reason for my negative review. The issue is that I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. Nurse Judy could have told me this was her policy before sitting down to eat lunch and gossip with the receptionist. Instead, I waited for 20 minutes when she could have simply come to the front desk and informed me that she doesn’t treat breastfeeding women. I would have completely understood and left right away. Instead, I wasted 30-40 minutes while the staff ate lunch and gossiped, only to be told this policy at the end. I won’t be back simply because of how uncomfortable I felt from start to finish.

I will never go back. I was in the chair maybe 5 minutes and injected about 8-10 times. Where I usually was going it takes them about 45 minutes and around 20-25 injections. I waited 2 weeks hoping for better results. Then I called back to let her know I was still full of lines I specifically asked for to be removed. She said she had one opening on a particular day. I got cold feet after I read my bill, and saw that she charged me $800. I called and canceled. I had a bad experience, recommend by a stranger and I got the impression that Judy didn’t really care about pleasing me at all.

I’ve gone to Judy multiple times over two years. I started at 31 units Xeomin. The next time I went, she said she gave 41 units but didn’t tell me until I was paying she went up 10 units. This last time it happened again- she said she gave me 51 units after the clerk started to charge me for 31 by the paper. My previous treatment lasted 5 months. After I paid for 51 units I had the worst results ever. At 4 weeks I saw the effects waning, at six weeks it was completely gone. I have become very suspicious of Judy’s practice and would not recommend her to anyone. I reached out via email and I received zero response.

I have been coming to Judy for years and she’s amazing! Always goes above & beyond to make sure you are happy. Judy & her staff are so sweet, welcoming and accommodating! Judy takes her time and listens very well so that she can achieve the results you want. Judy is more like family to me, I highly recommend her! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Judy for always taking care of me, we love you very much.

I had such an amazing experience at Nurse Judy. She is a pro at what she does. She takes her time to get to know you, provide her insights. Staff is so friendly, especially "Cooper". And the store, clothes there are really pretty. I will definitely be back!
