St. Louis Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery

We were very happy with Dr. Swafford and staff. It was our first visit and the doctor took her time to explain issues and treatment. Very friendly and thorough. I was impressed and highly recommend this office!

Only complaint is the difficulty in scheduling. If you call you have to leave a voicemail. It's literally impossible to get a live person. Love the online option but only complaint is that you can pick a time slot and put in all your information (which is very time consuming) and if someone else has already done the same for the same spot, once you finalize everything it alerts you that the spot is already taken. Wouldn't be as bad if you could just select another slot but you can't. It makes you re-enter all of the info you had just put in. The staff and providers were great but when scheduling is that difficult it makes you want to go somewhere else where its not so difficult just to schedule an appointment.

Kaitlin and Dr Swofford took great care of me during my procedure. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Thank you so much.

Dr. Beal was excellent! He is very thorough and particular. I had a melanoma removed on my forehead and he made it as good an experience as possible. He called me the next day to follow up to see how I was doing, a classy & caring gesture. Lacy, his assistant was so accommodating, pleasant, & professional. Overall, highly recommend for surgical dermatology needs!

My husband Jim was there today. Everyone was very nice and caring. Jennifer was awesome! Very caring and took time with Jim.
