Bothwell Health Center - Truman Lake

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. 14 minutes late and they turned me away. The courage it takes for someone to schedule their first therapy appointment…. My first experience at Bothwell will be my last.

Always gotten good care when I have had to go in for any reason. Dr. Reed is a great doctor and he listens better than most I have seen before. Enjoy seeing the staff, very friendly.

There is not enough praise that I can heap on this Clinic and everyone who works there. It has been 5 years since I found Truman Lake, Tammy and Joan Kelley. Sure sometimes I have to wait a few extra minutes to see Joan, but I know it's because she is giving 110% care to the patient before me. Tammy keeps everything running smoothly as well as taking care of each person initially with friendliness and efficiency. Kory and Jennette keep the front desk on course, caring and helping me no matter what I ask of them. There are so many people in the lab, xray and every other department whose names I don't know but who show the same level of care and compassion. I just want everyone to know that if you have a medical need in Warsaw, Bothwell Truman Lake is the place to go. Lorrie Hauser

The check in process is so slow!! We waited 20 mins in line to check in. By the time we got checked in they had marked us down as a NO show. Several other aggravated patients as well. A simple appointment for my son to be cleared to play sports has taken us 2 hours. :(

The staff here were amazing. My husband get very sick while visiting family here in Warsaw. We were over a thousand miles from home. The staff quickly evaluated my husbands situation. From there he was hospitalized in Sedalia, MO. Thanks for everything.
