Carol is amazing always reminding me to follow up with movement after dysport & is a pleasure to talk to. Ashley who has done my facials and my lasering is awesome. She counts down for the laser as well as tells me when the most sensitive areas will usually hurt. Love this place :)

Ashley is absolutely amazing!! She is so kind and always makes me feel comfortable. Everyone that I have encountered in there has always been kind. I never feel awkward or uncomfortable going in and I’m seeing amazing results in my laser hair removal. Can’t recommend them enough! 🖤

I had a BBL treatment for dark spots and redness (by Ashley). The pain level was minimal. The procedure was discussed in detail before & during... then the aftercare was discussed. Very friendly and professional group of ladies.

I have been going to Lake Medical Spa for over two years and couldn’t be more pleased with my treatments and results. Everyone I interact with is always kind and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Lacey always greets me with a kind smile and Carol has the best personality! I’m so thankful I found them.

The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable. I would advise against purchasing any up-front package, such as the “six laser hair-removal treatments package” unless you have a very flexible job. They are only open at this location one day a week and they book up quickly. I often had to book my sessions (that I had already paid for) weeks in advance, only to have to reschedule a week prior because my schedule didn’t support. Despite scheduling issues, the results were pretty good. But during my last session, the technician missed a LOT of the targeted area. Of course I only realized this after I’d moved away.
