All positive. Check in was quick and friendly. Dr. Marshall's nurse was very good and friendly. Dr. Marshall was great. She spent a lot of time removing my skin cancer. I had 2 other Doctors telling me how good she is, and one said she is awesome. And she was totally right. I highly recommend her.

I was seen by Brittany McGee and I was so very pleased with the way I was made to feel comfortable and was pleased with how Brittany took her time and visited with me and explained things so simply. Very friendly receptionists that greets you with a smile when you enter and the nurses were very attentive and made you feel at ease. Thanks girls !

You called me to let me know someone had cancelled and asked if I was going to make it to my appointment and if I would come earlier. I was happy to get in earlier. The nurses and nurse practitioner were polite, kind and very respectful. I believe this was the best experience I’ve had at any doctors office.

Brittany McGee was the best!! I had several things taken care of and she was very through, great bed side manner, and was very compassionate. I would highly recommend her for your dermatology needs.

Quick overview: Friendly staff, horrible with communication, & bad/slow with filling prescriptions My appointment went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Everything was discussed thoroughly and they seemed confident (nonchalant even) with the provided information. Then it took them over a month to fill any of my prescriptions. Even though they had all the needed information at the time of my appointment, they were suddenly confused (enough for one staff member to recommend I make another appointment to clear it up). It took over two months for them to tell me they couldn't fill two of my prescriptions, while not providing any recommendations/assistance for replacing them otherwise. Around half the times I’ve called I haven’t been able to speak with an employee, even after waiting. The staff often will take a long time to return calls, if they ever do. Most recently, I spoke to someone live, then left a voicemail a day or two after when I didn't get the promised return call by end of day. It's now been well over a week and they still have not gotten back to me. Immediately following my appointment, all the prescriptions they submitted for me already showed they had zero refills available (out of the norm). Then, after not speaking to their office for over a month, they randomly resent one of my prescriptions to the pharmacy, to fill without my request. I've never had 1/4 this much trouble filling prescriptions with any doctors office, dermatologist or otherwise. My first appointment with Ozarks will also be my last, as they've been nothing but a headache and waste of so much time.
