GLO with Amy

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! November 27, 2024 I received service to have lip fillers done. After receiving service from a trainee that was overseen by RN Amy.. fonder of Vintage Aesthetics Glo with Amy! I paid for my service which was discounted, because the trainee performed 90% of the service. I went home thinking everything was all good and I was in good hands. Turns out I was wrong. I reached out to RN Amy that same night. First I tried calling to express my lips were uneven and that I would like to make another appointment to come back to have them evened out. Initially she didn’t answer which was understandable because it was late. So I sent a text message assuming she would respond when the time permitted. I never received a response, again I figured it was because it was after hours. Which was perfectly fine. Next day I speak with the trainee briefly about the concerns of my lip fillers. Although the conversation didn’t go well, I was advised they were swollen give it time. In the meantime, I waited to hear back from Amy to reschedule. A few days later the trainee contacted me stating I had to wait 2 weeks before I could have my lips done. I said ok. Assuming I was contacted about receiving fillers I thought I would also be contacted by the professional about a follow up procedure. A month passes and it is now December 28, 2024. I still hadn’t heard from Amy. I attempted to reach out again. I tried calling once again and the phone went straight to voicemail as it did before. I wasn’t sure if it was bad internet connection so I called back a few times then left a text message. Finally I received a text message back from Amy stating I had reached her outside her normal business hours and I needed to book online. Considering it was earlier in the day, I assumed she was available. At the time I was truly unaware of what Amy’s normal business hours were, but I proceeded to ask for the booking link. Amy provided the link, that was that! The next day I receive a call from the trainee asking me what was the problem. For a minute I didn’t understand the nature of the call, and why was I being reached out to from the trainee considering I contacted Amy directly to book an appointment to avoid any further altercations or conflict being the last conversation didn’t go well. To my surprise, the trainee proceeds to tell me that RN Amy has sent her screenshots of me calling her repeatedly and texting in a manner that was problematic or as if I was being a nuisance. At this point I’m livid because I only contacted Amy to set up an appointment. ATP things are getting very uncomfortable, personal and unprofessional. I went on to ask why is it that Amy was ok with responding and contacting the trainee and not myself. I now know and understand Amy has completely blew me off and now I’m currently being treated very poorly as a customer. The fact that Amy shared the text messages and calls from me to her was wild and made me very uncomfortable. At this point I’m now questioning the integrity of her position and practice. I can only imagine what other private information she has possibly shared of clients. Im now left to seek other professional aesthetic care to correct the errors that were deliberately disregarded and ignored. As a nurse, I thought this individual would know better than to be so careless with care of others and confidential information. People are trusting you with their health, lives, & privacy. Those same people trust that you would care for them in a professional manner. I now have to suffer with the outcome of my appearance until further notice. I don’t recommend ever using this place if you want to be treated unfairly, left looking deformed and if you want to support someone that legit and legally does not practices their oath. My lips are currently hard lumpy and lopsided.

Amy was amazing! She has an incredible eye with artistic flair and strives for perfection. Her profound experience and education gives her the ability to give you the very best results. She used Radiesse and Belafill on my mid and lower face. The results were nothing short of incredible. My texture( fine and medium lines) were corrected, she improved over all lift of my mid and lower face and took years off my appearance. I am so happy with my results. She really boosted my confidence and made me feel pretty.

Amy is truly a master and amazing at her profession. She explains what she will be doing and more importantly why. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Wonderful experience! My 1st time for microneedling and Amy made me feel very comfortable and kept the conversation going which made my anxiety dissipate as soon as I got there. I will definitely recommend her!

Amy is great! Very knowledgeable of all products and procedures and always friendly. She goes out of her way to make appointments work with your schedule whenever possible.
