Austin Smith was most unpleasant dermatologist. Was left unheard and issues NOT addressed or discussed. Spoke, dressed and presented juvenile. Will have to find another dermatologist.

The doctors at this facility are all great. Unfortunately, the billing and office staff are what have me rating this business so incredibly low. They lost me as a 10 year patient due to a billing issue where the information was incorrectly sent to the wrong address. This was for my minor child, and they weren't resourceful enough to contact me as I was also a patient and her mom/guardian. They are refusing care for this mistake that was confirmed to be on their end. They claim to be a small business and have tight policies to protect themselves but aren't making small business decisions with the patients in mind. You have lost my family's business and I will never recommend Billings Dermatology due to your policies and lack of caring for people by your office staff.

Dr Riddle is very kind and gentle. The office is impecably clean and efficient. This is a place that makes their patients feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone working here is truly professional and compassionate.

The best. Dr Riddle took me in as a new patient. She was very thorough with her assessment. Biopsy completed and confirmed it was positive. She was able to get me in for MOHs quickly. Bedside manner A+. Very personable Brittany was great as well. Thanks for quick service and making a girl feel at ease.
