I give Melissa and her entire team highest glowing accolades to describe their level of care, concern, compassion and professionalism. At every visit I am welcomed with a smile and always feel very comfortable from the front desk to the exam/procedure room. Melissa is very compassionate and meticulous when advising and treating her patients, both medically and esthetically. Her knowledge and expertise far exceed any of the normal standards. I have been with Dr. Melissa Fuller for many years. And then she opened Vitality!!!! Healthy and happy all in one place. Melissa and her staff have always and continue to be caring, professional and personable. My husband and I love the honesty when resolving medical problems and never giving up. She and her staff are all about making you and your family healthy and happy. I have had many services at Vitality. My family and myself are most grateful for the program for menopause! Vitality is amazing! If you have not been it is a must! The facility is beautiful! I have been seeing Melissa as my pcp for years and she treats you like family! My husband started seeing Melissa in the last couple years. He recommends her to anyone who asks. The staff is wonderful as well! Bobbi has worked with Melissa for many years! She is amazing and personable. They make it easy and comfortable to talk about any issue you may have! Never any judgement!! Melissa is always educating her staff and training on the new medspa treatments. I would not go to anywhere else for my medspa and well woman appointments as I trust Melissa!! When I was nervous to try different treatments, she would explain them and what to expect as far as pain and results. She is always spot on with the expectations. I always leave with a wonderful experience and a natural look that I requested. She always listens to me and ensures I am happy with my services. Practitioner negligence. Never have I ever been treated with so much disregard as a patient or human being as I was in Melissa's care. What was initially supposed to be a non invasive procedure (facial threads to give me a slight life in my jowls), I was told I would be back to work the next day or minimum following the weekend, turned into an extensive recovery causing complications to areas of my face that were not even the area of treatment to start with. I literally had an asymmetrical face, compared to the elephant man. My cousin and daughter that were with me during the procedure were in shock at what my face looked like after the procedure. Melissa left the room immediately following the procedure, I was given two ice packs and was whisked out of the room to go pay, my mind was whirling in shock not even able to comprehend what had just taken place. It took 4 weeks for the swelling and bruising in my face to dissipate, and many many months to go back to "normal". One of my lower eye area is still damaged 9 months post procedure. I had a hand-full of follow ups with Melissa to try to correct the area of complication, I was treated with abrasive words and told that I was needing to give my recovery more time, by applying coffee grounds, heat and ice to what ended up being an infection that needed antibiotics that was treated by a different care provider. I was told to my face by Melissa that I was her nemesis & was questioned that I my eyelashes were fake, and the glue that I was using was causing the swelling, heat and redness below my eyes. A farce. I was not heard, not validated, or treated respectfully. My experience has affected me not only physically, but emotionally resulting in seeking a different provider to help me with the problem she caused and counseling. Please, anyone who is considering facial threads, do your research, seek other providers for consultation before making the decision to have this procedure done. I strongly advise against going to this provider if you want to be treated as a human being respectfully.
