Getting appointment was easy and front Desk people are really nice..the two times I've had appointments was with the PA and she seems like she's in a big hurry and just wants to get it over with and out of there asap. Both times I felt Rushed and Unimportant. But she has given me good care, just fast! 🤣

Very disappointed. I waited 2 months to get my first facial, bought a package and booked my next facial 6 wks later. I got a call that aesthetician needed to cancel my appt and to call back to reschedule. I called back and they can’t get me in until March! I’ve worked in various jobs in the service industry and when you cancel on a client you don’t put them at the back of the list. I feel like since I’ve prepaid for my services I’m not a priority. I’m also a patient there and will be going elsewhere. It’s the principle.

Sadly I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They’ve had billing issues ongoing for 2 years. I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 5 years. They consistently billed me and my family incorrectly to the point I had to leave. They said it was third party billing, which I understand mistakes happen…but the last straw was when they sent us to collections over a $35 bill that we tried to pay in March due to their incompetence. I paid again and we took our family of four along with all of our friends and family elsewhere. Sad part is we didn’t want to leave and they have decent dermatologists…. Easily will find another dermatologist in the area that has a better rating that 3.7 rating. Complete joke.

Called to let the office know I was running late,They called back and said you may have to reschedule, I said I’m less then 10 minutes out, they said ok, I ended up being 8 minutes late, walked in and they said sorry you’ve got to reschedule. I just drove 30+ miles on Christmas Eve. Sorry I’m not coming back. It’s not like I’ve never waited more than 8 minutes for them for my appointment. Just saying.

Very friendly and calming atmosphere. Barbara Neuman is very friendly and gives excellent information with gentle touch. Highly suggest!
