Dr. Spring was so considerate and reassuring about all of my questions and anxiety prior to surgery. I had an abdominoplasty and I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Spring and her team did an amazing job, the aftercare was phenomenal, and my self confidence boost has been incredible. The office staff has been so friendly and welcoming, and has always made me feel that I belong there. As a plain Jane person other plastic surgery offices I visited have not always been as welcoming and kind to me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my entire experience with Dr. Spring and her staff.

I rarely write reviews, but after my horrible experience with Dr. Spring and this facility I felt compelled to warn others to avoid this facility. I went to this facility with high hopes in dealing with scar tissue in my face resulting from an accident. When I entered into the facility I was met instantly with a dismissive attitude as it was clear I was not there for injections. Even though Dr Spring and the facility had ALL my information ahead of time including x-rays, CT scans, and knew she could not help me, the office called me the night before to verify my appointment [even though I had confirmed on line] and they wanted to make sure I could financially cover my appointment. That should have been my first red flag! When Dr. Spring finally came in, she was dismissive and belittling. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The visit with Dr. Spring was over in 5 minutes and the office manager made a point to inform me I was getting charged for a FULL visit! These types of unethical Dr.'s and their greedy ways of doing business are the reasons insurance costs continue to sky rocket. Avoid this place, their lack of care and callous treatment is appalling!

I am BLOWN away at my results. Dr. Spring, is absolutely incredible and insanely talented. I felt very comfortable through the entire process. All of the staff made the experience so peaceful and relaxing. Very professional, clean, friendly, and 100% should be your go to if you’re looking for cosmetic surgery. This place is THE place! Outstanding for our beautiful flathead valley. Thank you, Dr. Spring - you gave me my life back and I will be forever grateful!! Can’t wait to come back for other procedures 🤩

Dr. Hromadka is the absolute best! He did my tummy tuck and honestly, I just cannot thank him enough! The surgery to get my tummy tuck went 10 times better than I could have ever hoped. The recovery went very smoothly And I am extremely happy with the outcome! I haven’t felt this good about myself in years! His entire Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be back in the future.

Dr. Hromadka is a highly skilled surgeon. I had a breast augmentation with him and I am incredibly happy with the results. From the initial consultation, Dr. Hromadka and his team took the time to listen to my goals and provide me with recommendations for the best outcome. His team was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout the whole process. During my pre-operation appointment all of my questions were answered and I felt completely prepared for the surgery. After the surgery they provided detailed care instructions and made it very clear I could contact them with any questions. They scheduled a handful of post operation follow up appointments to ensure everything with the procedure went as planned. The decision to go forward with surgery is major, but I felt very well cared for throughout the process and completely trust Dr. Hromadka and his team. They genuinely care about their patient’s wellbeing and end results. I would highly recommend Dr. Hromadka and his team. We are lucky to have access to such a high quality surgeon.
