I got my hair and nails done here for prom. All the staff were incredibly nice! Chau, who did my nails, was wonderful to talk to. The nice women who did my hair my the hairstyle I wanted work even though it took a bit of work. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this salon.

I didn’t really want to write this review, but I’ll write it anyway. I had my hair cut by Audrey in October or November. And we made an appointment for the next time in April, on the 12th, since my daughter’s birthday is on April 13th. Audrey cut my hair with large differences in length, but I wanted to give her a chance to fix everything. So what happened on Friday April 13th? She just didn't show up for her appointment! I had to dye my hair myself to be ready for my daughter’s birthday and date! Moreover, no one called me and apologized for such behavior! In the fall I also got a manicure from Javea, it was the worst manicure of my life! I do my own manicure 2 times better! If you want to develop your business, send your girls to some kind of advanced training courses. Nice salon but completely unprofessional! I tried 3 times to give you a chance, but my patience is over! Take me off the list for coloring with Audrey in May, she didn't even deign to write me an apology message. I waited a week. And today I’m writing a review! I don't recommend it to anyone!👎

I’m so sad to even post this because I loved my hair stylist she was super sweet and seemed to want the best for me but I feel lost and sorta taken advantage of. Talking to a ton of other people who have gotten what I wanted done say I was way over charged. I was initially quoted a good price and then was told it was way more but I thought okay going blond is a big process and not easy but I thought that price would help me get at least close to where I wanted to be with my hair. Well then turns out it’s not close at all and I have to pay another 400 to get it done again in a couple weeks and I feel down because I hate my hair and if someone would have told me upfront that this would have cost me almost $1000 to get my hair where I want I would never have done it at all. So now I’m stuck with it. I just hope it doesn’t happen to others. I can’t get a hold of anyone at salon to talk to.

Love Audreys work!! She does everyone in my family's hair and we always leave feeling amazing, not just with hair ability to do amazing hair but is such a joy to converse with while getting my hair done.
