Adam N. Franklin, MD - Hattiesburg Clinic Plastic Surgery

I was looking forward to this consultation. The staff were friendly and prompt, however I waited 90 minutes to see Dr. Franklin. I spoke to a nurse who mentioned he was busy with other patients. I had to leave to attend to my other children. I understand doctors can be overwhelmed, but I was not going to let my wait time get to two hours, so I left and received a refund for my consultation. This is just a heads up to patients who may have a tight schedule and don’t have two hours to spend waiting for a doctor to show up.

Dr. Franklin became my plastic surgeon after I found out i had breast cancer at age 25. He is a wonderful surgeon and doctor and has made this process so much easier to go through. You can tell he cares about each and every one of his patients and he never hesitates to answer any questions I have. He’s had to operate 3 times on me and each time I’ve had complete confidence that he will do what is best for me. I fully recommend him to everyone. He had done so well cosmetically for me as well leaving minimal scars. You can tell he tries his best to make everything look perfect.

Dr. Franklin has great bedside manners and always makes me feel comfortable.

This doctor is amazing! I was his patient through the experience of having a double mastectomy. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate. I was NO easy patient either! I feel that if it’d been any other doctor my outcome would have been devastating, but he handled every curve ball my case threw at him with a stoic confidence. I was honored to have him as my surgeon. He actually cares about you, can you believe a doctor in 2022 still really listens to you?- he does! I always felt heard and he genuinely cared about my concerns and talked through everything with me, not just at me, and never down to me. Physically, my scars and reconstruction are visibly pleasing, and the implants are wonderfully done. I can’t talk highly enough about this doctor, he’s a remarkable human, who definitely chose the right career for himself. He’s an asset to the hospital, and Hattiesburg. - His desk staff and nurses are also beyond kind and made me feel at home every time. I’m glad my ordeal is over, but I miss everyone in the office.

Dr. Franklin is the best plastic surgeon. His work is beautiful and his bedside manner is top notch! I have been very happy with my results from surgery. I will recommend him to anyone.
