Advanced Medical Imaging

I've been coming to AMI for my mammograms and other scans and surgeries for over 20 years. They've always had amazing staff members here. The past few years I've ironically been greeted by Allison at the front desk and she is just an extraordinary human being! She always makes me smile when I'm anxious about my appointments and her calming demeanor is so comforting. It's so important to have someone like her at the forefront of your business and especially at a medical office. I'm feeling very grateful for her today and everyday!!

The service was a 5 but their account management is a 0. We changed our address because of a move but they never changed it, thus we were not getting any of the bills. Today a Sheriff came to our door and served us and they were suing us for 381.49 because they sent the bills to the old address. We got a call last week saying we owed money we paid it and then 2 days later we got served. We called and the lady could not tell us what we paid two days ago and could not tell us if this was the same bill.

As a woman under 30 with a family history of breast cancer and personal health concerns, I’ve relied on AMI for annual mammograms, always under my OBGYN’s orders. While past visits were fine, my recent experience was deeply upsetting. Despite valid preventative orders, the technician accused me and my doctor of fraud, refused to perform the mammogram, and blocked me from leaving the room as I tried to exit visibly upset. I filed a formal complaint, but management’s follow-up was poor. They took weeks to respond, dismissed my concerns, and admitted they never contacted my OBGYN despite initially claiming they would. I transferred my care to Bryan East, where I had no issues. AMI’s treatment was unprofessional and showed a lack of empathy for younger patients with legitimate health risks. This experience could discourage critical preventative care for others, and I hope they take steps to improve.

I had a great experience today for getting an MRI Neely was fun very professional forgot the other gals name but they made my visit not so bad the best place to get medical Imaging every one was nice

Staff is incredible! From check in to registration to exam. So quick and efficient and friendly to get 8 of us done so timely!! And results within 25 hrs🤗 Woudnl’t go anywhere else!!
