Complete Rural Medicine-Lincoln NE

I had high hopes that they would be able to help me feel better. I have some complex issues. I did not receive any helpful insight. I requested to have certain labs done and the lady called me the day before my appointment stating that they were not going to do any more bloodwork, she was extremely rude and belittling. Very disappointing. Would not recommend for anything other than routine stuff that any regular doctor could deal with.

I went into their office concerned about my heart. I had such a hard time getting ahold of them about results and now I’ve called three times trying to get a referral for more help. Their office really dropped the ball for me. However, in my first appointment when I worked with Anna she was really nice so that is why I give them 3 stars. She also tried to help me correct the problem even though it is three months later.

I leave there feeling understood, and comfortable knowing I get the best care possible.
