Staff are very friendly and nice! I had so much faith and hope that we was going to figure out my issue after doing MRI and seeing other doctors. He gave me the impression that he is going to get to the bottom of it. He was even shocked about the other doctors not being able to figure it out! He ordered tests and X-rays. No one called me regarding my results, so I signed on the chart online and saw some lab results were off so it scared me. I left messages two days in a row and finally a nurse calls me and says labs looks fine and Dr. Feely can't do anything but may be refer me to a pain management clinic. He billed my insurance for around $1700.00 and I had to pay most out of pocket! So disappointed!

I am thoroughly impressed by how great the radiology service here. The first thing I noticed was a sign saying if you habe waited for more than 10min than your appointment time please talk to the representative at the front desk. This is the first time I see a medical facility to care about a patience time!!! What a great breath of fresh air! The staff are kind, observing, understanding, and great listener! One of the staff brought an oven warmed blanket for me while walking by me and checking on other patient and I was sitting in the women's waiting area. Great training for the staff on being observant and caring for the patient. I wish more medical facility can have this kind of service.

Dr. Heckman is an excellent surgeon. I have complete faith in him and have referred several family members. I have had three procedures at his office and have been beyond pleased with his expertise and bedside manner. My results always exceeded my expectations. His staff is professional and friendly. I have also seen his PA (Anne) and she is wonderful. I give Dr. Heckman the highest recommendation!

Had an amazing experience and results from a surgery performed by Dr. Heckman. He is very straight forward and reassuring that you’re in good hands the entire time! I went for an appointment, I was told to be there at 7:30 am, why? When the nurse isn’t even there at that time to do the contrast needed, when she did get there she was so entirely rude that I just left, I no longer trusted her to treat me. Because of the way they treat people I will never schedule any other appointments at that place, there’s no need to be at any appointment an hour early if you don’t have to be and the people needed aren’t even there at that time. The nurse needs to find a different profession where she doesn’t have to deal with people skills. That’s a fact when I go to a place and the nurse has a bored rude and highly unprofessional attitude, I absolutely will not have them treating me. They have other facilities I would recommend going to a different place. Even after I called central scheduling they were as confused as I was about being told to be there at the time I had a recording call tell me to be and I did inform them of the rude behavior and as well schedule me some other place bc I’m not letting that nurse touch me, after the complete disrespect I received from her!! It wasn’t so much what she said as how she said it and the look on her face while talking to me. As well as feeling sorry for the receptionist bc she had to keep calling the nurse to ask questions I had bc the nurse up and walked away as I was trying to get her to answer my questions.
