I’m still so upset by my 2021 chin lipo. He barely removed any fat and when I contacted the office with concerns they blew me off. Consulted a different surgeon and he verified that you can’t even tell I had the procedure done. Very expensive and painful procedure to have done half assed. The least they could’ve done is own their mistake and fix it.

I’ve had great experiences here. Everything is always organized, simplified, and stress free. The communication is top notch. Dr. Frank has impeccable bedside manner, always explaining the process and answering questions thoroughly. I have always felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I have only had brief encounters with Dr. Jen for a quick follow up, but she is so humble and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lastly, Stephanie is amazing! She is so friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. She helped me feel so comfortable in my own skin.

I truly loved my experience here. Dr. Frank, and his staff made me feel so comfortable. My confidence about my stomach was very low, and they helped me get that confidence back! I highly recommend this place.

I was nervous prior to my appointment but was quickly put at ease. Every one was friendly and professional. The clinic was beautiful. I felt that the doctor doing my procedure was not only an expert but loved her job and wanted her clients to know they were getting her very best.
