Serenity Spa & Facials Omaha

Loved my first facial and felt very pampered! I bought the 12 month package and was sent home with a bag of face products. On my second visit I asked the routine because I wasn’t sure I was doing it right. I got a sticky note with the order of use and a reluctant quick lesson. Sorry - I don’t usually use 5 products on my face! Then trying to call to set up my third facial. I left two messages a few days apart and didn’t get a call back to schedule. My third voicemail finally got a call back. Overall I am happy with the facials and the facility is nice.

Had an amazing experience at Serenity Spa & Facials Omaha! The staff was so friendly and professional. My facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. Highly recommend their services!

Very disappointed in this “business”. I paid for a facial for my fiance to go get as she has been feeling very down about her skin. She goes in and gets one done, as she is finishing up the guy at the front begins to offer packages- she says no. He continues to push and push and push and tell her it would be very beneficial as her face is very clogged up (she is very vulnerable due to her current acne state) she says no multiple times and he keeps going and going and going. She tried to call me to help tell him no because he would not leave it alone but I was not able to take the call due to work. She signed for it to get the male off of her as she felt uncomfortable but was never told that there was any refunds or any getting out of the contract. She got the car and cried, as she felt so pressured to sign because the guy wouldn’t leave her alone. I called as soon as she called me back but they were closed. She called and left a voicemail that night as well as emailed and showed up the next day to try to get everything handled. They wouldn’t take a cancellation in the location and everybody was different from the day before. The lady in front of her while in line had one off the working ladies talking to her about the packages, the lady in line said “I will need to talk to my husband and I will get back to you”. And the female worker proceeded with “no problem I don’t want to pressure you”. My fiance got emotional in line not understanding why this women got this treatment but she got pressured into it the day before and they would not take no for answer. She sent in her cancellation info and they denied it. She will now be paying $2700 over the next 2 years for something that she didn’t want because a male worker wouldn’t take the multiple no’s as an answer. I am very disappointed and sickened as not even 14 hours after they couldn’t cancel it. This is a very sad and unfortunate situation as they are taking care of a vulnerable women.

The care and time everyone took to provide explanations made me very comfortable coming to a new spa. Then, they knocked it out of the park! Megan did an amazing job of pampering me during my facial. She was so friendly and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be coming back!!

I had the anti-aging facial at Serenity Spa, and the results are incredible. My fine lines look softer, and my skin is firmer. The entire experience was so relaxing!
