Pacific Crest Dermatology - Carson

I’d like to add an addendum to my review. I went in for my third treatment yesterday and even though I have B/C and Medicare they wouldn’t see me without me paying $60. Both insurances cover my entire visits. Why now? I didn’t have to pay before. I need to go in once a month so that’s $720 a year I have to fight to get back from their office when my insurance pays them the total owed. I guess money is more important than patient care. It’s a shame, I really liked my PA. I had a very pleasant experience at Pacific Crest Dermatology. The staff was friendly and very helpful with my situation. I am returning for more visits.

For the first time in 48 years i saw a dermatologist, Dr. Samantha Schneider. The office is clean and comfortable and the front desk staff greets you with a smile. My diagnosis is a hard one to swallow and when when Sam delivered the information to me, she did so in the THE most thoughtful manner. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge, but she took the time to really connect with me. I feel genuinely cared about, and that helps me feel safe(r) as i embark on this journey ahead of me. And it's going to be a bit of a journey. I would recommend Sam and her PA (who is friendly and kind) to my closest family and friends. Especially to those of us out there that need to feel the compassion. #FeelingThankful

I feel Dr Schneider, and her entire staff are the best. Dr. Schneider has been caring for skin for years and always does what is best fir me! Everyone is so knowledgeable, and truly care about what I am going through. Both my husband and myself go to Pacific Crest Dermatology. If you are looking for a good Dermatologist, Dr Schneider and staff are the best!!

Dr Schneider was great. It’s been a very long time, if ever, that I’ve had a physician sit down with me listen and show real caring. You can tell she really cares for her patients.

My wife has always had positive experiences and informative conversations at each visit. Staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. S is very knowledgeable and caring. All the best qualities in healthcare.
