This place is horrible.they advertised 100 units of Botox for $475 that doesn’t work. When i went a week after for a follow up they wanted to charge me another $180 for more units! they told me that I have a strong muscles.and that I needed more units . Every place I went before never charged for a follow-up appointment! The doctor is unprofessional and very mean ! I Don’t recommended this place to anyone waste of money!

Best experience ever! It truly feels like a medical spa. Dr. Rillo is amazing! She is professional and knowledgeable! I was nervous about getting fillers and laser therapy but she put my mind to rest. I love my results. I look more youthful and natural! I will definitely be coming back. I’ve already referred friends and family to her. Everyone was pleasant From the front desk staff to the medical assistants to the manager.

Dr. Rillo is an amazing physician and is extremely knowledgable in her craft. She has continuously been just as passionate as I to get my skin as clear and smooth as possible. My favorite procedure I've done so far is subcision and filler. After having severe acne and eventually clearing it up, I thought my struggle was over, but I had to deal with my deep acne scars. Makeup would not look as good and taking pictures in any lighting would highlight of the dips in my skin. Receiving the subcision and filler brought me so much confidence! My skin is so smooth and even compared to previous. Particularly my cheeks and temples have never looked so airbrushed with and without makeup. Throughout the process, Dr. Rillo made sure to check in with me and took the time to make sure that I felt as comfortable as possible with what could be a very painful procedure.I highly recommend for anyone to get this done especially with Dr. Rillo at Amalurra Centre.

Dr Rillo is the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen here in Vegas. She has addressed all the things I’ve been insecure about. I’ve had pimples before, I’ve gone through like facials every month on other places and they haven’t gotten rid of it until I went to Dr Arlene and in one just facial I’ve seen the difference and my pimples went away. I also was concerned about hyperpigmentation as I have asian skin and very prone to it. For that I have seen dermatologists, aestheticians for 5 years and nobody has made a difference until I met Dr Arelene. With just 4 sessions and my skin changed dramatically and gained my confidence back. I will never go back to cheaper places and expensive ones, Dr Arlene is the only one who really made a difference. She cares for her patients too. I would recommend this to anyone. Hands down best dermatologist in town for any concerns you have 🙌

So far the experience has been amazing with Dr. Rillo and her team - very kind and professional and I love that they all are, or have, used some the treatments they provide and speak from real experience on what to expect. I also love that she is not pushy at all and offered all options and recommendations based on my unique body and skin type. For me, she did not recommend surgical unless I wanted it for more immediate results. I’m just started the Alma Ted hair treatment, semiglutide weight loss injections, and Kybella with laser treatment on my double chin. The Alma Ted is painless and actually feels like a head massage. The semiglutide is a very small shot you can do yourself or by them, weekly, which is also painless. My Kybella treatment starts next week with the laser skin tightening so can’t speak to that yet, other than what I know to expect which is a rather immediate fat drainage and causes a droopiness for a couple of weeks. They provide a wrap for you to keep the chin tight and sculpted during “recovery.” Also, for the new moms who are trying to get themselves back, they’re so helpful with the kids so you can relax and focus on the treatments. Treatments are all affordable and flexible. Thank you all for the amazing experience so far!
