Check-in went smoothly. I was called to the treatment room in less than fifteen minutes from my appointment time. After the exam, Dr. Xie discussed my issues and a variety of options. He patiently answered my questions. His assistant was friendly and kind. I recommend this office if you need a consultation.

The service at this office is amazing. The front desk was fast and efficient. I only waited in the lobby maybe 10 minutes. This is my 1st visit here and I was amazed at how smart, concerned, and knowledgeable Dr Julliet was. She diagnosed what skin problem I was having. She made me so relaxed and relieved at my results and that it was nothing serious. I will come back here again in the future.

Dr. Herman was nice but was focused on the issue he felt was important (mild food allergies that I never even asked about) and not what I felt was important (intense repeated reaction to environmental irritant). We basically spent two months waiting for test results that we don’t feel are helpful. Additionally, the day we had our results read, we spent 2.5 hours in the office between waiting for a room, then waiting for the doctor, then waiting to have a question answered. I understand offices can get behind, but literally not a single person there ever apologized for the wait or thanked us for waiting. We will find a different allergist after this experience.

I absolutely love it here, I drive to Henderson from north Las Vegas . Doctor Juliette Hoang is not only fantastic at her work but great with people. Something some doctors lack yet crucial to have. One wants to feel safe and comfortable with their doctor , and she did / does that . Unlike the bad experiences I have had in the past , She made me feel like a person, not a patient. Their staff overall is hands down top tier , friendly and welcoming. Definitely and highly recommend this location .

I am honestly confused by the positive reviews. The moment I walked in, no one acknowledged me. When I was called up, I was met with a cold "Insurance and ID, please"—nothing more. It was very off-putting to not even make eye contact. I work the front desk myself and always make an effort to make our patients feel comfortable. But here, everyone seemed robotic. I sat down to wait, and the staff immediately started discussing numbers while the waiting room was full. I thought to myself, "Of course…they only care about the numbers.” The front desk workers had no expressions. They were impersonal and devoid of any warmth. I kept thinking, "I should have stuck with my dermatologist," but unfortunately, my insurance changed and they no longer accepted it. After waiting 20 minutes, someone came out to inform the waiting room that Juliette Hoang was running 45 minutes behind and that they would be happy to reschedule any patients. I chose to stay because they had already collected my copay, and I didn’t want to reschedule just to have the same experience. Plus, I wasn't confident they would return my copay promptly if I asked for a refund and cancellation of my appointment. An hour after checking in, I was called back to wait some more. The provider finally came in at 3:52, but she didn't apologize for the wait. She didn’t even smile or show any warmth—just like the staff at the front desk, she was cold. That’s not something a patient should have to experience. They were more focused on overbooking to maximize profits, even if it meant neglecting the well-being of their patients. I DO NOT recommend this office or Juliette Hoang. She lacks making you feel like you should be there.
