I was trying to give them another round of hope but sadly it is still the same. They offer online scheduling. However you schedule and can't get in on the day you did. They offer same day appointments sadly you can't get in for another week out. They offer walk ins but you're told that no one can see you. The doctor herself is great, staff not so much. Rude is all I'm going to say.

Not only am I upset with each experience but I’ve just felt rushed every time I come to visit my primary. It’s extremely unsettling. The only nice part is the lab is right there other than driving to another facility such as quest diagnostics. You can have your blood done there. The phlebotomist was very sweet & kind and truly knows how to be professional and caring. My primary doctor completely lacks empathy about any of my concerns. It’s easy to write a referral. I don’t appreciate being talked to for less than 60 seconds each visit, only to be told I’ll be back and then be checked out without even discussing how I’ve been or how I’m feeling. Each time I’ve been in, both nurses handled me with care and compassion and went over my yearly physical with full transparency and wonderful communication. The office answers promptly and I appreciate them with scheduling but Doctor Andrea is not very caring whatsoever and I don’t believe I’ll continue to keep her as my primary. I’ve probably spent a total of 5 minutes with her with each of my visits and that’s unsettling to me. The nurses get passed down into my appointments which is fine but I do believe that if you’re a primary doctor that you should at least give your patient at least 15 min to talk and go over the results together not just the nurse. My aunt has been nursing for over 30 years and it’s very admirable to be around a nurse more than it is to be around my actual doctor. I feel like they do so much more and ask the serious questions. Been pretty disappointed with my last visit considering the physical pain I’ve been in. I shouldn’t have to be the one to call my insurance to figure out what office accepts me for referrals. First primary that has ever had me do that. It’s odd to me. My doctors prior at Sagebrush medical never had me call to figure things like that out. They went above and beyond to look into the system “whether it changed in the area/network” I have been treated with kindness from this office but I don’t feel like I’ve had the chance to have any connection with my doctor and it’s very upsetting. This is a huge reason why I don’t respect western medicine, it’s all about referrals, pharmaceuticals, or sending people off to labs for testing, zero connections.

If I could give no stars I would, I have a possible UTI and I have contacted my primary doctor about having my medication filled more than 10 times in the last week , it’s always an excuse from the three workers who answer the phones . I called again yesterday 1/29/2025 and the lady who answered said Andrea is out of office . I am in pain and this service is inexcusable. I will be changing my PCP . Do better !! It should not take over a week to send a prescription to a pharmacy - Ashley Williams!

I LOVE Dr. Warburton, but this new PA here...eh not so much. Andrea was out last week, so I had to see the PA. I am bleeding from my urinary system. I asked if she could refer me to the urologist seeing as it could be a number of different things and I have already been treated for a UTI and that's not the issue. She said how about a GI doctor...I'm not shitting blood...?! So why in the world would you send me to the GI doctor y'all already referred me to and I have an appointment to on love day for another issue I have going on. That makes no medical sense in the world. At this point in time, it would be easier for me to be a doctor and treat myself, but it probably doesn't work that way in this scammy healthcare world. Gastro and urology systems are not interested correlated doc, tubes are all separate and perhaps going back to school and learning that are asking Andrea, the doctor, is highly a good recommendation because I had to go to another specialist to get a stat referral an hour after you didn't give me one because pissing blood is not a normal thing to do, don't you think?! Ship up or shape out lady.

Andrea is truly the best medial provider I have ever had. She always listens to my concerns and eases my worry. Her assistants and front office staff are wonderful & I appreciate them all so much!
