Beauty Factory Medspa

I did a 60 minute Signature Deluxe facial and it was amazing. From the time I walked in till the time I checked out I was treated like a VIP customer. It was a great experience and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get their beauty care needs taken care of!

This medspa is Soo gorgeous and clean I was blow away by how aesthetically pleasing it was! It reminded me of a Zen paradise. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was very upscale. Melissa was my Aesthetician and I felt like I was on cloud 9. She was checking in on my comfort level and made my facial experience a dream. They even offered water and snacks after my facial! I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I have done several facials but nothing can beat the experience I had with Beauty Factory Medspa! Sarah, the front desk, was super nice and welcoming. I had a signature facial done today. My esthetician was Fatima. She is the best by far. I was very satisfied with her service. I highly recommend this medspa. Give it a try and you will know what I’m talking about.

I highly recommend coming here!! I had an appointment for a deluxe facial and dermaplaning and boy did my face come out feeling so soft and looking so dewy! It was my first time there and I felt so at ease; from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated like royalty. Lol Sara, greeted me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed while waiting. (I came in super early). When my appointment was ready, Cris, my aesthetician, explained the whole process. He even showed me what dermaplaning was (it was my first time!). He was very friendly and did a really good job with the facial. Also the heated bed felt so nice during the cold and windy day I had. So if you ever need a good facial treatment, stop looking and come here! :)

Decided to treat myself to a facial and massage and both were great! Right upon entry, I was impressed by how clean and stylish everything was. They have very nice decor and the friendly staff definitely made my experience that much better. They were so attentive that they offered me snacks and water while I was waiting. I got the deluxe facial and honestly I have no idea how it works but it was very rejuvenating for my skin and helped combat the harsh winter dryness. For the massage I will say, I think there are cheaper options elsewhere but I swear they have magic hands, so it was worth it. They knew exactly where my knots were which not all massage therapist can find. Overall, would recommend. 10/10
