Medical Neurology

Terrible. Staff is extremely rude, and when called on their behavior, they don't like it. But, instead of talking to the patient directly, they call the patient's primary care doctor and tell them they decline to see the patient due to "disposition on the phone." Further, they flat out lied to the primary care Dr. They asked if care had been established with another neurologist. I told them no. And why that was the case. They told the primary care Dr. that the patient reported they have never seen a neurologist. Good riddance to a terrible dr. Found out they had been requesting records for a week before all this happened.

So I called to make a appointment a few weeks ago and gave them all my insurance information. The receptionist called me to confirm my appointment and to ask me what insurance I had. I told her and she says we don't take it. I said I gave the receptionist that i spoke to all the information and she said you guy's did. She said no we don't, she was rude and kept talking over me so I said ill find another Dr and hangs up. Very rude I wouldn't recommend.

I have never beed tretaed so rudely by admin staff of a medical office. It is just as well that I made an appointment with another neurologist. Theirs is not the only office. If admin is that bad, I can only imagine what Dr. Chang's standards are. Choose another office!
