I’m so disappointed in this entire process and I haven’t even gotten to my surgery. For starters it took two weeks just to finally get a hold of someone to even book the surgery. Paid my deposit. The promotion I had is offering 50% off additional lipo areas so I reached out to concierge via phone and email to ask them how much it would be and if they could add an additional lipo area to my invoice. Never heard anything back. I’ve spent a week calling, emailing, & instagram messaging just to simply find out an answer. When I finally do get a call back they give me conflicting answers that now they can give me the 50% off since I’ve been calling for a week then another saying there’s no notes so they don’t know if they can or cannot honor the 50%. I get emails saying that they will get this issue fixed for me, hours go by and still nothing. I know I’m not the only person in the world so I do not expect a respond immediately but for them to sit on instagram almost all day posting and making stories but cannot solve a simple issue when someone is trying to GIVE them money it’s ridiculous. I did not have these issues my first surgery with them which is why I chose to ignore the negative reviews of the decline of their customer service but I am so ready to just forfeit my deposit if this is how things are going to go and I still have months left of dealing with them before I can get my surgery. Im so easy and understanding which is why I’m so disappointed. UPDATE 3/5/2025 After continuing to call & receive call backs I was finally assisted & additional lipo was added for 50% off but my review still stands because they were trying to charge me full price for something that was included in my promotion. I hate that I even had to leave a review but this is not how you run a business. This company has totally declined since I went to them in 2021 & this will be my last time with them. I can only pray that my surgery turns out better than I’m hoping now. Also they respond to every review with a generic message and you get no response when you reach out to the feedback email. I use to refer so many people to them and I won’t be doing that anymore.

I just had an extended tummy tuck with Dr. Morse 10/24/24. Like many I was very nervous about meeting surgeon day of Preop or on day of procedure. My surgery did have to be rescheduled by 1 day but I live locally so just had to rearrange a few things. They also notifies me 1 week before my scheduled surgery. I would just recommend any out of town patients to make sure you have refundable flights which is also stated on their website. I’ve worked with surgeons before and I know how things can happen. Overall the staff and call center (concierge) was always in communication with me checking how I was doing and asking if I had any questions or concerns. I am very pleased with my results so far. My incisions looks great, they are smooth. I am still swollen but have a flat belly! Dr. Morse and the OR team made my day of surgery very pleasant. Thank you Mia I will be coming back soon!

I was very nervous about getting the Nano Brows, I have to say ANASTASIA is BRILLIANT & a Perfectionist. I didn't want to have to pencil my brows in everyday. I really had virtually sparse to very little brows. ANASTASIA is worth every cent I spent. My husband loved them. They look natural and perfect. If I could give ANASTASIA 10 star's I would. Ladies I cried there so Awsome. I look forward to Not having to pencil in my brows anymore.

I had originally booked my breast aug + lift for the Phoenix location but they ended up rescheduling me 3 times due to the location not opening. So they transferred me to Vegas with Dr Morse. They gave me an arrival time of 9:30am and I arrived at 9:15, I checked in and sat in the waiting area. I had already been fasting at this point for 10 hours. 10:15 rolls around and I tell them if they want my urine sample we need to take it because I wasn’t sure since I hadn’t had any food or water in 10 hours, If id be able to give it again. So about 15 minutes after that someone came to get me so I could give my sample, after that she took me to one of the pre-op rooms, hands me the little clothes she needs me to change into. She then lets me know that I’ll be waiting in that room for awhile as Dr Morse was in surgery and has 2 people ahead of me..? Im just sitting (basically naked) in this room with no tv, no other people, nothing for hours. Haven’t had a drink or water or a thing to eat for over 12 hours at this point. I showed up at 9:15 and didn’t get my surgery until almost 3:00. I didn’t leave the facility until almost 6:00pm. By the time I had made it back to my hotel and woke up from anesthesia I hadn’t eaten or had water in almost 24 hours. I just don’t understand if they were so busy they could’ve had my arrival time for 2:30-3:00 ? All the nurses were very kind and Dr Morse is amazing and so kind and makes you feel relaxed. It just made for a really rough 12 or so hours after surgery after I felt like I had been through so much prior to surgery. Edit; they reached out to me after that initial review and refunded me $250 which I accepted due to the time confusion only affecting ME. So I accepted then deleted the review. However, after healing for a few months my results really are just the cherry on top . I reached out to the touch ups department about some sagging I was concerned with, and they let me know that it would take some more time to see final results. So I left it at that, but to this day 12/11/24 , I had my surgery 10/9/24 .. I still have spitting sutures coming out everywhere, they’re painful and leaving little holes when they finally do come out .. and those holes open and close constantly. To add to that, there is a great amount of areola skin left over in my lift incisions which makes for a VERY dark VERY wide scar. I had gotten a consultation from a different dr not from Mia Aesthetics that told me I couldn’t get away with not doing anything but an anchor lift, but Dr Morse decided on a lollipop lift. And I trusted him, looking back I shouldn’t have. I don’t get nearly as much upper pole fullness that I was going for. All in all very disappointed and very embarrassed of my breasts. I’m staying in touch with touch ups department so hopefully Mia Aesthetics can make this right ..

From virtual consultation, booking the appointment, pre-op, to actual surgery. Everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Thank you Dr. Towle! He is super professional and straight to the point. He definitely made me feel safe and comfortable and even though I’m a few days post-op I’m happy with how the results are coming out. I was really nervous with the anesthesia but Tim (anesthesiologist) made me feel safe, comfortable and calmed my nerves down. No complain at all. Everyone was great!
