Not happy with the experience at all. it was my first time and I was so nervous and Marlene didn’t seem to care. When she put the numbing cream on my lips, did not warn me that if it gets in my mouth or on my tongue that I would not feel it I’ve never had that done before and so I panicked….I wanted to achieve a certain look on my lips. I only got one syringe when eventually I wanted two syringes. There was no upsell or no future goals. I never got a call back after two weeks. I was supposed to get a Hello, phone call to follow up. I will never go back. The rest of the girls were really sweet but all and all not a good experience. My friend who was with me even said the communication was horrible. I’m getting my second syringe with another company and the consultation went very well.
