I submitted my information and they booked my virtual consultation same day, which was great. The woman who called me quoted me. I let her know that it was a little expensive for me, especially since the place I used treat with, which closed down during the Covid pandemic, only charged me a fraction of the price. She made a snarky comment saying “Maybe that’s why they went out of business”. I found that extremely unprofessional and rude because I hold them close to my heart & NO that’s not why they went out of business. She’s mad because I was honest about them being out of my budget? And she still had the nerve to tell me to feel free to call back if I change my mind. I’m DEFINITELY not calling back. I know everything I need to know about the culture.

First time at New Life New Image and was thoroughly impressed! Dr Chen is the BEST clinician I’ve had the opportunity to work with, by far. As a first time patient, he sat with me for 30 minutes and explained the differences between all the brands of botulism and why they use Xeonin. They were running a special of 50 units for $375 which I felt was a great value. Highly recommended!!! 💯

Dr Chen is amazing. He is meticulous, professional and delivers the results I’m looking for with every treatment. I have been a patient of his for years and would recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled doctor to administer injectables.

Have been getting my Botox and Filler here for 4 years. Dr Chen is patient and always understands the results I desire. I would never go anywhere else. There prices a very reasonable. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I couldn’t find anything to say negative even if I wanted too!

I get Botox and filler every six months I have NEVER bruised and I always look natural yet very very fresh!
