I called Original You LV's office in the afternoon on 9/12 to ask a couple of questions about laser tattoo removal. The gentlemen who answered the phone recommended I come in for a consultation and I agreed that would be the best route to take. I proceeded to ask him "What days are you open?". Instead of answering my question, he responded with "We're by appointment only and our next opening would be on Saturday". This really confused me because I was already aware they were by appointment only. By no means was I planning on walking in. It just didn't make any sense to me because I'm sure if I had told him I wasn't available to come in on Saturday, then his next plan of action would've been to find out which days I was available and work around that. I was simply going to beat him to the punch by asking "What days are you open?" followed up by "Do you have any available appointments on this day?". Did this employee mean to tell if I had said I'm only available on Mondays he wouldn't have checked any upcoming Mondays to accommodate me? Because by telling me it's by appointment only and the next available appointments were on this upcoming Saturday, I was put in a position where I was forced to work around their schedule instead of them compromising with me on mine. I'd like to take the time to point out this is extremely unusual for most businesses who provide a service to the public. Typically when you call, you will work together to find a date and time that works best for both of you. I'm disappointed I wasn't given that option and asked what day would work best for me. I ending up canceling my consultation.

Just all around unprofessional. They go through employees faster than I’ve ever seen. The first tech and the tech that did my removal session, both said they could use the silicone patch and move it around my tattoo, the first session was incredible it removed so much ink, the 2nd time I went everyone had quit and the owner did my session. The 3rd time, now there’s hardly any ink (I started removal years ago) and the owner tells me I need 2 patches, at $150 a pop. After not only did 2 techs who quit tell me I only needed one, but I had a session with only one when there was WAY more ink to remove and had great results he was straight up lying to my face. Tried to get an extra $150 out of me and literally lost 1000s in business. Don’t go here unless you like being lied to.

I went here for my tattoo removal. First session went very well, I would say. The second went okay, even though they tried to cancel a few days before the appointment because their nurse practitioner quit. So the doctor was able to come in for a few minutes and do my tattoo removal. Three days before my third session, my appointment was cancelled. I had flown to Las Vegas to get my tattoo removal session done, which I scheduled a month prior, but they called telling me that another practitioner quit, and the earliest they could do the next session was the 11th. I would suggest calling another place to get your tattoo removed. They have such inconsistent scheduling here. Gave them two stars, for cleanliness, and being polite. But reliability is important, with something that takes more then one visit. I’m very disappointed.

Staff was amazing, prices were reasonable. I am happy to make the trip across town to receive my laser tattoo removal from them. They answered all my questions and never kept me waiting. I cannot wait to see the transformation of my tattoo as they laser it away.

I came here to get a tattoo removed I had gotten when I was younger. I was pretty nervous when I first came in not knowing what to expect, I have to say the staff and Dr Citro really put my mind at ease. I opted for the numbing injection stuff and that was really all the pain I felt while having it removed. After my first treatment my tattoo blistered, which I was expecting. It was a little crazy to look at for a day though, but the blisters went away and as it healed the tattoo had faded dramatically. After only 4 treatments, I'm happy to say my tattoo is gone, that's a lot less than one of my friends have had somewhere else and he still has his tattoo. My tattoo was a dark black tribal thing. Overall, great experience.
