"THE BEST DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE IN LAS VEGAS." Dr. Lionel Handler has been my dermatologist for many years now. He and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough and always make me feel special. He is exemplary in his surgery practices. Office is always immaculate and clean. Never have to wait that long either in waiting room. It is easy making appointments and usually you don't have to wait months. I recommend them to all my family and friends and hope you will try them. Thank you Dr. Handler and staff for your excellent care always.

First of all they should seriously get a new receptionist shes so bad at her job. I was blowing up their office with emails/texts and voicemails all week last week. NO they were not on "holiday break" that receptionist was just plain LAZY. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not even a sir, are you slow? Don't go here it seems like a hostile environment with lazy workers. What a shame. Thanks for helping me out on my search! There's GREAT dermatology offices located in LOS ANGELES and within the enterprise area of las vegas. If you need help on finding a much more demure office let me know! 😉

ZERO STARS! We are returning patients who came in to have our son looked at as he suffers from severe eczema. It is so severe that it wakes him up out of his sleep in agony, he suffers while at school, and he's in pain most of the time. We came to the doctor to get a letter for my son's school so we could devise a 504 education plan. This law-based plan ensures that he can get his education while suffering from this terrible affliction. By law the 504 plan compels school officials to be more empathetic to students with health issues and informs their teachers and nurses so they can respond accordingly when my son is in distress vs. blindly punishing him. The doctor treated us like we were running a scam or something and flat out refused to help us and said we can find another doctor so we will. If you are looking for a compassionate professional with ethics this lame isn't it. If you want a crude, condescending, uncompassionate poser this is your guy. Go into another field, you're a quack.

DR. LIONEL HANDLER: I've been seeing Dr. Handler for skin checks for years. He's very kind, professional and thorough. If you have skin cancer, he'll find it and take care of it promptly. The BEST DERMATOLOGIST in Vegas in my humble opinion.

I would venture a guess that not many people realize how the application of botox requires a certain level of skill and precision. Over the years I have encountered a handful of dermatologists who manage to seemingly miss the key facial muscles. Whenever I visited Dr Strimling's offices I always noticed really impressive results, often with the same or less unit injections. He isn't trying to inject you with an excessive number of units nor is he trying to "incentivize" you to return in a few short months for supplementary injections. I have encountered a number of inferior dermatologists around the US and the world, but not many who are better. (In case you are wondering, I have no affiliation at all with this business, any of its employees, etc)
