Visit was quick and easy. Filled out everything online. Staff is not Only nice they’re also pet friendly. Dr was great, easy to talk to and very friendly.

Highly recommended when it comes to all things dermatology! I’ve been coming here for years for both cosmetic and medical derm. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I felt so ignored and neglected here, showed up 10 minutes early to my FIRST appointment, and still sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I was taken back. The nurse who took me back was very sweet, but the doctor was so rude. He was in the room for MAYBE 10 minutes IF THAT. He kept getting annoyed and gave attitude when I was asking questions. I still never got them all answered, but I was so fed up with his awful tone! Left and never went back, but they have the audacity to try and charge my insurance saying I was with the doctor for an HOUR! What a rip-off and waste of time, DONT GO HERE!

Came in today and felt so comfortable and safe ! A lot of practices don’t make you feel this way anymore but Dr.Rachel and her team are awesome !

I was referred here by my son’s pediatrician. The doctor walked into the room did not get close to my son at all ( unless you count him walking past us as he entered the room). From across the room he said asked what I used for my son’s face ( we were there because he is getting rashes in his face, NKA. The doctor told me to use vanicream and get a humidifier, it’s just dry skin. He did not even exam my son’s face up close at all. From across the room he diagnosed him with dry skin. Well the vanicream plus humidifier did not work. He did tell me if it persist to have my son’s pediatrician do more extensive allergy testing which I will do but it was a waste of my time to go here, the doctor did not assess my sons skin to determine if it was just dry skin. I am not sure why it’s appropriate to bill insurance and say you provided a service when my son did not get a thorough assessment as a new patient dual coverage because he has special needs. Ridiculous.
