I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Lanfranchi in June 2024 and I'm in love with my results! At age 50 and following a 60 lb weight loss, my neck was in very sad shape. After researching doctors and types of procedures, I felt really good about Dr. Lanfranchi's experience and track record. Then after meeting him, I realized he is also incredibly intelligent and down to earth. I like that he performs procedures under local anesthesia--it might sound scary, but it's really a non-issue. I slept through most of the procedure and didn't feel any pain. Recovery was also pain- free, but you do have to trust the process. The swelling and bruising look a little alarming the first couple of days, but resolve quickly. The entire staff at Lanfranchi Center is also amazingly attentive and responsive. I appreciated being able to text with questions at any time before and after the procedure and getting prompt answers. Thank you so much, Dr. Lanfranchi, AJ, Deverick, Joaquin, and Dee Dee!

I have acne scars and had been thinking of getting laser resurfacing for quite some time. After meeting with Dr. Lanfranchi, I decided to pull the trigger. He did a really great job of explaining the procedure and managing my expectations. I was definitely a little nervous when I arrived at his office for treatment, but he had such great bedside manner that I felt safe and knew I was in great hands. I’m not totally done healing, but I am already so pleased with the results! If you are considering doing a facial rejuvenation procedure, I recommend that you consult with Dr. Lanfranchi. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Lanfranchi is a wizard! I had the TLC and the results of my procedure were right on par with what we expected, even a little better than I envisioned. I'm very pleased and grateful that I found him. His staff is also outstanding. The process from start to finish was explained very thoroughly. Instructions were well communicated. I was clear on what was expected of me recovery wise, and also of what might crop up that might scare me, but that would pass (and did) without issue. Not one regret. At the Lanfranchi center they are very sweet and kind. I had the lower face and neck lift, brow lift, co2 fractional laser around my eyes and lips and upper eyelid surgery. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. They answered all of my questions and more. They are very knowledgeable and do an amazing job. I was not nervous at all and I had quite a few things done all at one time. They are very conscious of your privacy. When I came in for my follow ups, I never ran into another patient or person who didn’t work there. I am very happy that I chose to have my surgery here. They make you feel warm and fuzzy and take great care of you.

Dr. Lanfranchi is truly a master of facial rejuvenation which is his specialty. I love the fact that he is Board Certified and only does faces! From initial consult you are treated and taken care of by an expert caring team. I consulted with 4 surgeons and chose Dr. Lanfranchi because he was the only one that asked me what I didn't like and spent a great deal of time with me to suggest options and explain procedures and expectations for results. I was very comfortable with Dr. Lanfranchi and trusted him due to his consultation. I love my results! I recommended T.L.C. to 2 of my friends and both love their results.
