I had a lip lift with Dr. Sina in December 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. From the beginning, Dr. Sina was lovely, honest, and made me feel completely at ease. He did amazing work, and my experience was better than I could have imagined. Healing was smooth—the pain was minimal, but the swelling was definitely uncomfortable. I went back to work wearing a face mask, not because I couldn’t talk, but because I was quite swollen and bruised. The stitches were done beautifully, and now, three months post-op, my scar looks fantastic. There is still some pinkness, and feeling has almost all come back to my upper lip. I truly feel so much prettier. I chose this procedure because I wanted a long-term solution rather than the upkeep of fillers. My lips used to disappear when I smiled, and they felt lack luster to me, but now they look exactly how I always wished they would. If you’re considering a lip lift, I highly recommend Dr. Sina. His skill and attention to detail made this such a positive experience. I’m so glad I did it!

Vegas Facial Plastics is absolutely amazing from start to finish . From the moment I reached out to them and throughout my entire treatment and recovery everyone was top tier!!! Kathryn was incredible from the first moment I spoke to her . She was honest , kind , and so easy to reach and talk to when I needed. I personally loved this because so many cosmetic surgery and aesthetic offices are difficult to schedule and get in touch with and elusive in their procedures and costs . She was so upfront from start to finish which I loved about her . I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr.Sina. He was thorough from my first visit , he took the time to be clear on the expectations of my procedure. He talked to me about my concerns and made me feel that I was in good hands . Dr.Sina also followed up on me several times afterward to make sure my recovery was going well . Which a lot of offices really don’t put much effort into reaching out to you after recovery . He is a true artist and does amazing work. I would highly recommend this office for any cosmetic surgery and aesthetic needs out of all of the places I’ve been to in vegas !!

I have wanted a rhinoplasty/septoplasty since I was 15 years old, but was terrified to pull the trigger, until I met Dr. Sina via a referral from another patient. He was detailed and honest in the consultation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to move forward with surgery. What I appreciated the most is that he made sure I still looked like me, but an improved version. Dr. Sina made much needed changes that improved my overall look and breathing, but made it subtle enough so that people that know me wouldn't know I had surgery (if I didn't already tell them). I had met with other facial plastic surgeons that showed me before/afters of patients where they all had the exact same nose, despite having different facial structures and looks. With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don't know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process -- but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half. I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough. Dr. Mehdi Sina performed my Chin Augmentation Surgery in January 2023 and I could not be happier with my results. It looks so natural and I virtually have no scar- really, I can’t find it! He will be performing my rhinoplasty, brow lift and my Moms facelift, this January. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Sina. Prior to my chin augmentation, I was seeing Dr.Sina in NYC for many years for non- surgical interventions (Botox,filler etc). When he moved his practice to Vegas, I knew when the time came for my chin or other facial plastic surgeries, I would go anywhere he was. So, I followed him from NYC to Vegas. I do not trust anyone else with my face - you only have one face people!! He is a meticulous perfectionist and a master of his craft. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I come in contact with looking for a truly 5 star human and 5 star Facial Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon (first photo- day before surgery, second photo in skirt- 6 months after).
