VEIN CLINIC OF LAS VEGAS

2 reasons why I give a 1 star. The only time I had to cancel my appointment is because my infant was sick which is out of my control, and told them the reason why and still wanted to charge me $95 for canceling. They had no sympathy. The other reason is because I had a 9am appointment today for a follow up for a procedure 2 months back. The receptionist said are you getting a syringe today, I said no I'm here for a follow up and she rolled her eyes. She said ok it'll be $75 for a doctor visit. I said oh really, I'll just leave then because Dr Bashy wanted to see me. She said well you're going to get billed for it so might as well stay. I said ok and sat down. She said I'll take your payment now, I said no I'll pay after I see the doctor like I have before on other visits. She rolled her eyes again. I told her I don't appreciate her rolling her eyes at me and that you can try to bill $75 because I'm gonna fight it. Dr Bashy is nice and professional, but do not care for the lady in the front.

My boyfriend needed vein sclerotherapy for damaged valves in his greater saphenous vein. It's not just cosmetic, it was causing pain and discomfort, but Dr. Bashy and his team, like Sadie, did an amazing job. Scheduled quickly, did the paperwork he needed for work, got him in and got it done. Courteous, professional, safe. Just all-around great.

I was there for a spider vein procedure and paid for that treatment that by the way did not see any improvement and was very painful. At check out I was told I needed to come back for post op I asked what the fee for that appointment would be and was told is a post op so no payment would be required. When I showed up for the post up visit surprise I was getting charged for an office visit, according to them I was scheduled for more treatment and that post ops are not a thing there I payed for that office fee and when I showed doctor one area of my leg where my skin looks like it's decaying then that's when he said I'll do an exception and refund you your money for this visit. Money hungry does not care about patients well being .

I am currently under treatment for varicose veins. Dr. Bashy and his staff are excellent! The clinic is well run and the quality of care is outstanding. I highly recommend his clinic for this type of treatment. As you can see below, my veins were really bad when I first started treatment. The updated photo was taken 5/9/23. Weeks lease note the remaining vein was considered cosmetic by my insurance and I plan to pay to have it removed at my follow up later this year. They did an amazing job of fixing my issue.

Had a little vein procedure to get better circulation in my right leg. All went well & I am very happy. Dr. Bashy & his staff were terrific. Thanks.
