Dr. Ryan was so patient and kind. The moment he walked in the room he shook my hand with warm, welcoming smile. I really liked that he didn’t make my appointment feel rushed and I felt heard. This dermatologist office will definitely be my go to from here on out. All of the staff are so friendly and the facility is clean and nicely renovated. You can tell he’s all about giving his patients the right results without wasting their time.

I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with my experience with Vivida. Making an appointment was very easy and I was able to be seen quickly. The St George office is beautiful and the front office staff are very friendly and professional. The clinical staff are equally friendly and professional and I trust them completely. I was most impressed with the fact that the PA that initially saw me and the doctor that performed the Mohs surgery each personally followed up with following my visits. I highly recommend Vivida.

I had an entirely unsatisfactory experience at a different service provider and needed a new dermatologist. Having researched a number, I decided on Vivida as the reviews for the business were very positive. I was not disappointed. At every point of my visit to Vivida I was treated like they cared about helping me. The staff were great, my diagnosis was made quickly and a treatment plan was put in place. I was listened to and given every opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. Vivida and its staff was everything that I could hope for and everything that my prior service provider was not. If you want excellent, professional, and caring service, you will find it all at Vivida.

My first appointment was a bust because the person I saw didn't do ANYTHING for me. She didn't suggest going to the Med Spa, which is across the hall from them. The med Spa does the things that dermatologists USED to do. My second appointment was a hot mess because I should have gone to the Med Spa that was recommended (not to me personally), but it was in my file that I had no knowledge of until today. So, since I didn't have the info until I got there, I wasted my time, paid my co-pay, and didn't see a doc. They only remove moles if it's cancerous. If you have skin tags, minor moles, or milia, they'll recommend the Med Spa. It will be best if you call ahead and ask if an appt will be necessary for what your concerns are so that you won't waste your time going there. The front/back office staff were very pleasant.

Dr Farley and the entire staff at Vivida Dermatology especially Dionne the Medical Assistant were amazing! Dr Farley carefully listened to me and my daughter Jourdan’s skincare issues and gave proper advice guidance and prescriptions. Great experience 10 out of 10. Kudos to my new dermatology team!
