Absolutely recommend! I loved my first session of laser hair removal! Darlene is amazing and very sweet. Hailey did my treatment and she was very sweet and caring! I look forward to my next session.

Definitely worth it! I've had three treatments so far and they've been really effective. My skin is really smooth already. Darlene at the front desk is very friendly. Kristen helped me with some of my treatments and she is very considerate and good at explaining the process. She is also a nurse! Heather is also good and quick with the treatments. They explained the intensity of the laser is greater with each visit, but, since there are fewer hair follicles with each visit too, that balances out some of the pain. They have a numbing cream available if needed. It can be painful, but I don't think it's too bad and my skin typically feels fine almost immediately after treatments.

I always love going to Ideal Image, especially during one of their promotions, you can get a treatment at a really good price. The ladies at the front desk, Darlene and Cynthia, are very friendly and welcoming. I found them to be extra helpful when booking my appointment and utilizing all savings/discounts that were available to me. They were able to save me $260! Very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service that is hard to come by these days. Thank you!

Awesome experience! May is amazing. She explained everything in detail prior to starting the procedure and also as we progressed. My husband had paid for laser hair removal for my birthday amd it has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever gotten. The staff is very nice, the establishment very clean. 10/10 out of 10 recommend!
