I've only been to this dermatologist twice in the span of about 3 or 4 years, I made another appointment because I started having problems again and so I set and appointment, well first off they have no voicemail or anything and they're closed Friday to Sunday, so if you have an appointment Monday and can't make it you have to call 3 days before (so call on Thursday to cancel appointment for monday) because you can't leave a message or anything, so my appointment comes around and I get pneumonia! So I call Monday morning to say I can't make it they say that's okay we won't charge for missing and I said ok but can I reschedule? They said yes so I reschedule for the following month, I finally get over pneumonia but than I get the flu! Again my appointment was on a Monday and I got the flu that Saturday so I couldn't call to say I can't make it cause no one's there and there's no answering machine, so I call Monday to say hey I'm sick I'm in the ER I can't make it and they say their gonna change me because this is habitual and I keep making appointments and canceling, I understand needing to charge but to say i have a history of making and canceling appointments is OUTRAGEOUS and incredibly rude in my opinion, than I talk to someone else and they said I've made 9 appointments and canceled them, I said I've been in to see you guys twice, that's it, I made both appointments and came on time and never rescheduled, this is the first time I've had to make 2 different appointments and canceled both because I was in the ER, these people just seem extremely unprofessional and have a lack of respect for people and their circumstances, I loved my doctor and they helped my skin tremendously but after this I will never recommend them or go to them ever again.

Everyone can have a different experience, but this is just my own personal experience and opinion. I’m a new patient to this office so I went in the see Dr. Ashley Vazeen to start my accutane treatment. I waited for a whole hour in the waiting area and when it finally came to my appointment she was with me for ten mins going in and out of the room. That to me is not very inviting to ask any questions I had or talk with her and really feel heard. I can understand when she first came in because she said she was running very behind on appointments but the visit didn’t make up for it or to even give me much of a “appt” or time with her. I started my accutane and they told me they were going to call me around my one month timeframe to reach out and set my first month appt with Dr.Vazeen and let me know when my bloodwork needed to come back prior to my appt. As this is how the program works. My one month was approaching and then it passed. I never got a phone call . NOTHING. Accutane is serious medication and i truly felt like they forgot about me. Obviously they did I never got a call!!! Luckily I ended up calling my old derm who got me in right away. It’s very sad to know that this is how they handled a new patient on medication and I can’t even imagine trusting them with any of my personal time going forward. I’ll never go back. Customer service especially when it comes to be in the dermatology field or any field is very very important. I think it was very unprofessional, unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with this office.

this place SUCKS so hard. i tried getting on accutane and i did all the paperwork, made all the necessary appointments, etc. only for them to send the wrong orders to Quest multiple times or not at all. even when they did get the results, if i didn’t call within 48 hours (which they never answer the phone), i had to re-do my blood work. they blame everything on other people like Quest or Labcorp when really they’re the problem. their nurses and doctors have no idea what they are doing, they never answer the phone, and they overcharge me every single time i go in. my accutane has been delayed 2 months now and i’m going to find a new dermatologist who can actually write up orders and not rip me off. do not come here for any service ever

I went in with major acne concerns, I ended up seeing Ashley Vazeen. She asked me to take off my mask to inspect my skin, this wasn't an issue. What was an issue is that she only looked at my skin for maybe 2 seconds before she took off her own mask, a couple inches from my face! I was completely bombarded and shocked! I live with high risk people, it was completely unacceptable. On top of that she had no interest discussing my routine, the products I used, or pictures I had brought in. The entire appointment was 10 minutes and most of that I spent waiting for her to come in. Everyone else was super nice, the office was clean and sterile, but that was the worst experience at any office I have ever had! Please treat your patients like people and not rush them through.

Great experience, the physicians were friendly and professional. My acne scarring is significantly better and my recovery was fast and easy. I feel much better afterwards. The facility was clean and easy to find. Overall I would highly recommend.
