The only provider I have seen at this office is Alexis, and she is wonderful! She did my skin cancer screening two years in a row. She was so incredibly thorough, looked over every tiny freckle with a magnifying glass and even combed through all of my hair to check my scalp. I recently moved away and had to see another provider for my skin cancer screening and it was not even one tenth as thorough as Alexis is. She is also super nice and great to talk to! I can tell she really cares about her patients. Even though the office advertises a lot of cosmetic treatments, they have never suggested any to me or even asked if I was interested in them. I really appreciate that they didn’t try and sell any cosmetic procedures to me. If I was interested in them though, I would definitely feel confident going to their office for cosmetic treatments.

Dr Casse is easy to talk to and here staff is very friendly. She has a busy practice so you might have to schedule far out but it’s worth the wait. I appreciate when a doctor takes the time to actually listen to you. I’ve been seeing her for years and can’t say enough good things about her.

I was thrilled to find Dr Casse again. She found two skin cancers and completed the procedures, including a Mohs without scaring on my face. And her Nurse practitioner Alexis was so kind and gentle. Actually the entire staff was amazing! Looking forward to the level of care that I’ve never seen before coming here and continuing my wellness care. At the annual skin checkup, it was like visiting family. Dr Casse and her staff is outstanding because they listen and remember you from previous appointments. When asked who I would recommend as a future client, I promptly suggested Reno Tahoe Dermatology. She looked up the office website and was pleased with the reviews. Great vibe there!
